If I ever got snowed again I hope it's there.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful especially Mrs Brenda. She helped me with my 2 year old. Housekeeping was wonderful very nice ladies. They helped with restaurants that would deliver. The room was very nice! King size bed with walk in shower.

Cons:

The guest Wi-Fi didn't work

Pros:

Traveling for holidays and I enjoyed this location. The staff were nice and accommodating. We left early before breakfast, so I can’t rate that. It was worth the stay after a long day of traveling. Clean and I’d stay here again.

It was okay overall
Pros:

There some employees that were really nice but then there was this one worker who I notice got a nasty attitude with everybody. It was a nice stay overall

Cons:

I did not like that the sheets my kids were sleeping on had blood on them. The sheets had a lot of spots of blood all over it even the comforter they use as if our sheets were never changed prior to us checking in. It’s was dokie all over the toilet underneath the seat as well as hair all over our bathroom floor. I was really disgusting being an housekeeper myself at another hotel. I couldn’t believe that a nice hotel like this was son nasty like that, luckily from my experience I brought my own sheets and comforters.

Our stay was nice and peaceful. We had so much fun.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the person in the front, they seem rude and had a dull attitude. I also wasn’t aware that I was going to have to pay a $20 damage fee every time I extend my stay, so I had to come back to finish checking in. When I asked if I could come back to finish with the right amount of funds because I had already paid for the room the lady told me no because she really didn’t want Brenda to deal with it as if I was problematic. The other customers were so friendly and nice to me and my kids. There was also a man in the morning and the head housekeeper that had a great attitudes.
