It took a long time for the staff to get his check in due to difficulties, and the room layout was just strange with the bathroom being right across from the bedroom so when you turn on the lights, you got bright lights for the person that was still in bed.

Excellent option close to SFB airport.
Pros:

2nd time staying at this hotel. It's an excellent option close to SFB airport. Breakfast could be until 10am, but everything was fresh and nice. Comfy beds.

Buena ubicación, cerca de restaurantes, tiendas. Cerca a la I4. El desayuno variaba de un dia para otro, lo cual es bueno

Cons:

En ninguna de las 3 noches que me hospedé le hicieron aseo a la habitación; aunque hice el reclamo todos los días, no le hicieron el aseo; hicieron caso omiso de mi queja.

Had a fun time in the upstairs lounge. Excellent food, drinks, and service.
Pros:

Front Desk Employees were the best. A special shout out to Imran Peera. He was fantastic. Always ready to take care of our needs with a smile.

Construction EVERYDAY at the hotel... noise all hours of day and night... moved room from above the construction to below it... how stupid... MOLD IN THE BATHROOM... Never stay there again!
