overall a really nice stay! I would book again.
Pros:

location, breakfast, cleanliness of rooms, and staff very friendly and approachable! Quiet!! Felt safe.

Cons:

Not that I didn't like, but attention to detail: ex the ironing board was broken didn't close, the iron leaked water, the room was supposed to be services but the sheets didn't seem changed and clean towels were left but not properly organized and they left the dirty towels on the floor. like they started the room and never came back to finish.

The beds were rough, not comfortable. The jacuzzi was nice but my daughter fell on the pool ground because of how slippery. Yes, we are familiar with pool side but, everyone was tripping.

Unfortunately, it was the worst scene I’ve ever. There were 20 to 30 adolescent boys who were running around cussing and fussing, and I waited quietly for them to sort out something about the reservation.. so then the manager came out the nighttime manager only and said that I had not paid for my room and I said that’s incorrect. I paid with a credit card and I gave her the Credit Credit Card the credit card people confirm that the room was paid for and she still said it is not showing on our end. You just confirmed with a card and yet I showed the receipt and all supporting documentation.. I said that’s illegal. If my things are still up there, I should be allowed to come and get them. I will send and have the police escort you. I said you can call the police, but I’ll make sure that I file a defamation of character suit on you.

Cons:

I was treated in a very racist manner. I presented documentation three times that the second night was paid for.

Will be back, love the pool and Jacuzzi and location. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good

Breakfast was good, bed comfortable

Cons:

I saw a water bug in the room. Did not get credit for my stay because I booked 3rd party. So, I lost 3 nights of points of being a Marriott member. Otherwise stay was great.

Had a great stay
Pros:

Stayed for 3 nights while we went to Busch gardens and explored the history. The staff was incredibly friendly. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning on the way out the door with an added bonus in the evening of free icecream!

Great location, clean and comfortable
Pros:

Clean, comfortable hotel with helpful staff in a great location. They recommended the restaurant across the street: Food for Thought. Very good food there! We ate there two of the three nights of our stay.
