Carpets could have been cleaned….looked like years of grime
Location. Friendless. Cleanliness. Room was so spacious and bed very comfy
It did smell like mildew past the lobby. Our whole floor and room.
The humidity in the room was high, everything felt damp -the couch, the carpet, etc. The AC had a “dry” setting but the airflow was blocked by the bed so not effective. No fan in the shower.
Great breakfast, nothing broken
Scammy system if you use guest laundry and don’t use quarters. It’s expensive to start with cards but it tries to either surcharge you or make you pay more than needed into an online account. They would never get away with this on the front desk, why do it in the laundry room? Spoiled a near perfect experience.
Breakfast and complimentary ice cream was a hit. Staff was very kind and engaging with young children. Always quick with a smile.

Desk in room dirty, toilet too low, need another trash basket
The location was good for where we needed to be.
They charged me 200 for the rooms but it said 168 on here. It was very dirty. We would have left if we had time to find another hotel but we checked in at midnight and left before 11am the next day. The lamp was rusted, the bed had what looked like pubic hairs on it. The shower and floors and everything else for that matter was nasty. The carpet felt so disgusting because it had obviously not been cleaned.
Location is very good despite being few mins away from historical centre - as there is a vide variety of restaurants nearby as well as gardens. It takes a short ride to the centre.

Location was great and staff were friendly.
The pools were over chlorinated causing skin and eye irritation. They eventually shut them down. My room was not cleaned during my staff and I could not get clean towels because they were "in the laundry". We were never delivered towels and couldn't shower.
