Close to the amenities we needed

Cons:

One of the elevators didn't work, the ice machine didn't work on the third floor. Kids running up and down the hallway at 1100 at night.

Very pleasant stay, will definitely check availability next time we're in the area!
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Breakfast was decent, kids had fun in the pool. Staff was pleasant too! They also had a cute little coffee/cocoa/water bar in the lobby that was just a nice touch and convenient.

Cons:

Not much of anything... The elevator is slow? It was a great stay

All staff members were friendly and helpful. Always greeted you. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Pros:

Enjoyed the food. Would have liked bread to make toast instead of just bagels though. Also liked that breakfast went on until 10am, giving you more time to sleep in!

Very dirty and moldy hotel. I travel a lot and I will never stay there again.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. There were some many options available to the guests.

Cons:

The furniture in the lobby and the room were stained, very dirty and old. There was mold smell in the room and the pillows stunk! We ended up going to buy our own sheets and used them instead! The bathroom was also old and dirty. The shelf’s were rusty and bolts were missing. The refrigerator froze my yoghurt so it wasn’t working properly. The carpet had a lot of stains and food pieces (obviously not vacuumed). Very disappointing experience.

Welcoming, Clean, and efficient
Pros:

From start to finish it was a great experience. The staff was very professional and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would do such again. They even helped when I left my keys in the room and also verified for security which I appreciate.

Me and my wife had a great time will definitely be back the staff was nice and friendly

Only thing I say could have been a little better if they update the bathroom far as the shower part and take out the tub
