We would stay here again is in the area.
Pros:

It was convenient to our travel route. The room was nice and the staff very friendly. We only stayed one night but, it was a comfortable stay. It was convenient to many restaurants and retail which is always a plus.

Cons:

There’s nothing specific that we disliked. We usually pick SpringHill Suites when we travel if they are available to where we’ll be. We’ve stayed in many different locations and I just think that each location has a different feel to it and this location while clean and comfortable, just felt like an older hotel with less upgrades or restorations to it.

Great place when traveling with family
Pros:

Great for travel with extra person due to couch making into a bed.

Cons:

It felt like there were less supplies out. I had to ask for towels and bathroom supplies. Very friendly staff when I did.

Pros:

The room was huge! Plenty of room for a family. Walmart is right next door, literally. Easy on and off the main highway was easy. We went to a concert at Star Lake, it was a 45 minute drive which didnt seem very long at all.

Cons:

Our shower in 317 was so tiny, a person over 250lbs probably wouldn't fit.

The hotel does not meet Marriott standards, we were not prepared ahead of time for the reduced ameni
Pros:

The breakfast was adequate

Cons:

We had problems sleeping, bought earplugs due to highway noise.
We were triple billed the total amount which took a few days to straighten out.
Hall carpeting was being torn up and the pool was closed for repairs.
On a five niight stay the maid only came once, the desk neglected to mention they only do maid service every three days. wet towels piled up as did overflowing trash cans.
The weeds are overrun in the front of the hotel.

Pros:

The staff was very helpful. I was traveling in from out of town for a funeral and they were able to get me an early check in , so I could change closed for the funeral. When I came back to the hotel it was late at night, and I didn't feel comfortable parking in the back and didn't know where the entrance door would be.So they came outside and met me and brought me inside the hotel.

Pros:

Should have known when we drove in to lot. Weeds growing all over and trash cans overflowing as we entered and still overflowing as we left. The hallways were dirty with small bits of litter and stairwells were a mess. The tv would not come on had to go to desk to get new remote. No ice machines on any floor worked except the one in the lobby. In the shower only body soap and hair conditioner no shampoo. Avoid staying here!
