Decent hotel with a few fixable issues
Cons:

Breakfast the 1st day was eggs and turkey sausage. I had to use a knife to cut the sausage as it was extremely tough.

The spa was not working our 1st evening. I reported and the desk called our room later to tell me it would be fixed the next day. I tried again the next day and it was still not operable. We choose hotels based on numerous reasons, 1 of those is a pool and spa. It was quite disappointing it was unavailable.

Pros:

Quiet location, close to Airport and PHX zoo. Clean room. Good selection for breakfast.. However just to note breakfast closes at 9 Am.. I was told it closed at 10AM when checking in good thing I went down at 8:40!!

Cons:

There was plumbing issues.. horrible noise when toilet flushed. But jiggled handle stopped it. Reported to front desk at check out

Nice, clean, well run, and friendly staff.
Pros:

Clean, friendly staff, well run place. Family of five and everyone enjoyed their stay. We would stay again.

Cons:

Some of the side entrance doors did not close and lock properly. So they were always unlocked which reduces security.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación cerca del aeropuerto Sky Harbor. Del centro de Tempe también, y a tiro de piedra de Phoenix. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y bien decoradas. La cama y las almohadas son cómodas

Cons:

El desayuno es bueno pero los utensilios de usar y tirar no lo aprecio.
Por un lado es una ventaja estar al lado del aeropuerto pero por otro, son inevitables los ruidos provocados por los aviones aterrizando y despegando

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful
Pros:

They offer rides within 2 miles for free. Also free airport pick up and drop off. I loved their breakfast as well. They definitely can add more options for breakfast
