Lifts can be slow, but that is minor
The room was lovely, spacious and clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back 😊
Location is excellent in city center, very good quality with lots of reception and lobby staff. The room was excellent and well serviced.
Hot water in bathroom was not hot enough! I didn't need to add any cold. The waiters in the dining / restaurant area were disorganised , inattentive and required more training and better supervision.
Die Lage für unsere Ankunft in Sydney und überhaupt in Australien war super. Das Personal war freundlich, hat tolle Tipps gegeben. Auch beim Frühstück waren alle sehr engagiert und haben uns immer schnell einen Tisch organisiert

The location is excellent. The WVB team station is at your doorstep, along with shopping and places to eat. Great for anybody attending the State Theatre as it is across the road.
Staff are friendly and accommodating.
Hotel location was good. Staff were very good. The bed was comfortable. Easy to get a taxi if we needed one. Buffet breakfast was loved by all in our family but was very expensive.
It seemed like there was water leaking from the toilet as the floor was always wet. It sounded like there was renovations in the room above us which was disappointing being on holidays and wanting to sleep in a bit. Pool was one of the reasons I chose the hotel but it was too cold to use in winter. Lousy weather for our stay didn't help. Some brochures/tourist information in the room would have been appreciated.
Close to city and big enough for our family of 5.
L'emplacement est idéal pour le shopping et les visites en tram ou à pied. L'hôtel est grand, propre avec un petit déjeuner complet. La salle de fitness est petite mais assez avec la piscine chauffée.
Les ascenseurs étaient en travaux...alors avec 23 étages c'était très compliqué d'avoir que 50% fonctionnel.
