Overall a very relaxing and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Very good experience, though showers could be bigger and they need to look into the control of water temperature, as very hard to get correct temperature, goes from cold to boiling.

The room was fine for what I needed it for.

Cons:

The room was fine, but it was incredibly noisy, especially during the night. Not sure if it was the air conditioners or the lift, as I was directly opposite the lift, but all night I would hear loud noises that would wake me up

Good location. Decent hotel.
Pros:

Good location, clean and comfortable. Nice lobby. Decent sized room with practical layout.

Cons:

You have to take a set of lifts to the lobby and another to get to your room. One lift wasn’t working and the lifts were super slow.
The minibar is not stocked.

Excellent in almost every way
Pros:

I loved the dining area, the bar, the pool, the sauna, the location to the state theatre, the view of the Centrepint Tower or Sky Tower now. The staff were great nothing was bad except there was something g in my room (maybe fridge) that made noise every 10-15 minutes that woke me a few times while sleeping. Otherwise great
