Great location and service. Not the best sleep!
Pros:

Location and staff were amazing. The staff are exceptional and nothing about that has changed since I was last there 12 years ago.

Cons:

Stayed here a few times, the last time before this trip was 12 years ago. However currently the bedding is very average and uncomfortable, not how I remember. It doesn’t match the rest of the experience. And not sure if I will stay again.

Loved that in the heart of the city. Everything was so accessible.

Beautiful
Pros:

Very comfortable clean, smelt amazing so close to everything and staff did everything they could to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

Cons:

The sofa bed mattress was not in great condition and uncomfortable

Pros:

We stayed here as a family and had a lovely experience. The hotel was clean, in a very central and convenient location, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again!

A perfect experience and I will definitely stay at the Swissotel again
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and made the whole stay a delight. I felt looked after very well.
The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was the best I have seen in the Sydney CBD hotels.

Location of the hotel is perfect. Even though the hotel is in the middle of the CBD as soon as you enter the lobby you enter a different calm and friendly world.

The whole vibe of the hotel is amazing, clean and it feels like 5 star. Everyone was nice at the front desk and downstairs when you arrive with the luggage. Amazing hotel
