Pros:

Excellent service, very helpful staff, great location central to everything, the pool looked amazing but full of kids due to summer school holidays, view was fabulous, room was nice modern and cleaned everyday for out 4 day stay.

Pros:

The bed was comfy and room spacious.

Cons:

This is out of the hands of the hotel- though the street at the entrance door smelt strongly of urine and the elevator was not working while we were there- we had to go through the staff areas to go via the service one.

Perfect location. Central to main attractions, shopping and train stations.
Pros:

Staff were super helpful and friendly . Comfortable beds . Lovely spacious bathroom . Love the robe, slippers ,  coffee machine and free water. Lovely pool area and the water was perfect temperature. Foyer area was stunning . Nice entertainment Friday night. 
Negatives were the extremely inappropriate music playing around the pool that was full of kids in the afternoon! Not all lifts and buttons were working so there was sometimes a wait to go up. Shower head didn’t move and was pointed directly at the door so you couldn’t really get in without wetting everything outside the shower! Pillows were way too soft for me. Ended up either a stiff neck.
Rooms were a bit dated.

Für die Grösse des Hotels sehr klene Poolanlage mit wenigen Liegemöglichkeiten, Ein Fahrstuhl war defekt, daher in den Stosszeiten lange Wartezeiten vor den Aufzügen

After making my booking, I messaged the hotel to advise that I would need parking. This was completely ignored. I then called the hotel and spoke to three different staff members, all of whom gave misleading and inconsistent information about what size vehicle would fit in the car park. Not a great way to start a stay.

I booked a king room on a high floor, but was placed on level 19, which is definitely not a high floor.

When I checked my bank account, I noticed the hotel had taken an additional $100 that was not authorised. The bond was stated as $50 and parking $100, yet there was no reason to take an extra $100 on top of this.

Upon arriving in the room, I put food and drinks in the fridge and went for a walk around the city. When I returned, everything was warm — the fridge was not working. I had to throw away all the food.

To top it off, when I went to shower, both the conditioner and body wash were empty.

Overall, this was a really poor experience with multiple avoidable issues.

Gute Lage, aber für den bezahlten Preis haben wir einen besseren Service und ein moderneres Hotel erwartet

Super Lage mitten in Sydney, gutes Gym

Cons:

Leider funktionierte während unseres Aufenthaltes oft leider nur 1 Lift. Daraus resultierten lange Wartezeiten von teilweise mehr als 10min. Obwohl wir (und andere Gäste) mehrfach (!) gefragt haben, ob das Hotel nicht einfach in dieser Spezialsituation die Treppen öffnen können, ging das Personal nicht darauf ein. Kundenfreundlichkeit sieht definitiv anders aus.
Weiter war der Pool oft mit vielen Kindern überfüllt und unser Zimmer hat nicht frisch gerochen. Generell ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen.
