Pros:

This place was highly disappointing. It was my husband birthday and they said they would welcome us with cake but they never did. When i rang to ask about it they said they forgot and all the cake in the hotel was gone. We didn’t really want the stupid cake, it was just the principles. Half hour later they bough up a bottle of wine. Check in was okay, nothing special. The room is fairly nice and the hotel central. However, it’s right in the city so can get very noisy. The staff are okay. We asked for a toothbrush that we had to call twice for . It came half hour later.

I am Accor member but don’t think we will stay here again . For the money you paid it is definitely not worth it.

Nice rooms with great location. Near all amenities with reasonable food options in surrounding streets.

Cons:

Lift maintenance was problematic. Whilst staff were helpful, extensive wait times for lifts (1 out of 3 not working) led to delays getting in and out of the hotel.

Pros:

Bedrooms, beds fabulous, breakfast great, nice and clean! The location is brilliant!

Cons:

The Lifts are quite simply appalling and if you decide to use the stairs you can get in to them but then you are trapped. They should provide a bell or something like room card access at breakfast level!

Lovely stay and staff.
Pros:

I did love everything about the corner balcony king suite. It was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the tv was the right size for the room (noce and big), the bath was just deep enough and the shower had amazing pressure! Also the breakfast buffet was perfect, it catered for everyone!

Cons:

I didn't like the consistant long waiting time for the elevator. And at level 12 balcony suite you are right at the level where the sound from the fans outside was really loud. Thankfully the room was mostly sound proof so that was a plus.

The location is excellent, the hotel is beautiful and clean. The buffet breakfast is nice

The lifts were very slow, we ended up using the fire exit stairs on more then one occasion in only a 2 day stay. Which is not very convenient on holidays

街の中心部にありトラム、地下鉄、バスなどアクセスは立ても良い立地

エレベーターの乗り換えが不便、客室階への3台のエレベーターが1台故障したまま修理もされず、エレベーター待ち、途中階でも不要な停止が多く不快だった
