Nice property and convenient to everything

Casa Hoyos is a beautiful boutique hotel. The staff is very friendly and gave us great service. Adrian at the bar made the best margaritas, Julian our driver was excellent and all the staff at the concierge were always so friendly and helpful. This hotel is in a very convenient place, near many restaurants, bars and a 5 minute walk to el centro. I would definitely stay at Casa Hoyos again.

This property is amazing, as are the staff! Everything is as depicted in the photos, and the entire place - from the two courtyards, to the street-facing bar, to the rooms - are exquisite, refined, and design-forward, without feeling stuffy or overly bougie. The staff are INCREDIBLE, and the location of this hotel is incredibly near to everything, yet on a quiet street, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep in the sumptuously comfortable beds. We would stay again in a heartbeat, and would recommend to anyone wanting a lowkey 5-star boutique hotel in SMdA. Please note: they are redoing the rooftop bar (with amazing views of the town), and removing the pool, so that feature will go away, but the nearly Escondido Place (hot springs) are a much more rewarding water-based experience anyway. The expect the renovations to be completed in July.

Great hotel, great location, great staff.

It is a lovely hotel with an excellent location in the city. The staff go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would most definitely stay there again.

Noisy, basic room, no pool, no bar.

We loved our stay at Casa Hoyos. The location was perfect- easily walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff here is amazing- they helped us get restaurant reservations and transportation when needed. They were always friendly and fun to chat with. We had an early tour one day and they accommodated us for breakfast a little early (our only issue is 8:30 am was a little late for us). Highly recommend Casa Hoyos!

Phenomenal location and very well run hotel. The view from the roof is wonderful, particularly during the sunset. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning.

Lovely hotel with kind, attentive staff. Great breakfast included with your stay! Fun bars — one on rooftop, a small one on first floor — where we met wonderful people. Highly recommend and will be back!

Very nice hotel, good food and great rooftop. The staff needs could be friendlier and the other reason why I don’t leave a better review is because they refused to give me a room upgrade which was part of my Expedia VIP access even if they had available rooms and I showed them proof of it.
