Pros:

All of the staff are very helpful.

Cons:

The vending machines seem to be out of order a lot and it's the only source of refreshment on the property.

Great location and excellent value.
Pros:

I love the location of this hotel. It is right off I-4 in Lake Mary which is a very safe upscale area. There are plenty of restaurants and stores within a couple of miles.

Cons:

Only thing I have struggled with are the vending machines, which are not run by the hotel so it's really not their issue. They break down a lot and as the only that's a little aggravating. But the staff were very helpful in showing me how to get a return.

Terrible place should be shut down
Pros:

I got there and asked the front desk for a public bathroom for my husband to go and they didn't have one so I payed and went to the room my husband went to the bathroom and said to me this place is disgusting I went to the bathroom at room 217 and it was gross. I went downstairs to the front desk and told her this place is disgusting and she told me she can't give me a full refund because my husband used the bathroom. I told her that we asked for a public bathroom and they didn't have one. She said I'm sorry and changed me for one night stay. The place is dirty,this place should be shut down and redone.

Uncomfortable like a meth hotel

It was in a decent location

Cons:

It was smelly dirty. Vagrant type people loud I felt uneasy like I’d get robbed one day I got back to my room and the door was held open by the upper lock and no one was around WIDE OPEN

Stay Away
Pros:

Stay away from this place. The pictures are false advertising. Place stinks, carpet is black and the rooms are disgusting. They say they are pet friendly but have no stands for the dog waste and front desk guy said to throw dog poop in lobby trash. Needless to say the place is run by slumlords.

Late night check in terrible was told I hadnt paid had to pay again but it was sorted the next day . But not want you want after a long day ! Said breakfast included!! Coffee and all the muffins had gone ! Very poor

Nice Quiet Clean Hotel
Pros:

Great hotel friendly people it’s clean! I like how there is a stove and large refrigerator. They have an option for very good WiFi. The hotel is very quiet. It feels like I’m the only guest here sometimes. The walls are thick.

I immediately didn't feel comfortable. Shortly after checking in l attempted to use the provided room key(s) and it would not allow me access to my room that I paid a total of $218 for. We were approached in the hallway while being temporarily locked out of the room, by two strangers. One of which was extremely erratic, invading our personal space shouting about something we couldn't quite understand. I tall man was pulling her back aggressively stating "she's schizophrenic" while him attempting to drag her into a separate room as she held on by her finger tips. Additionally, the hotel looks almost nothing like advertised.

I used to stay here regularly when I visit my family, but I will never stay here again.

Cons:

My first night I stated room 312. The stove didn’t work. The Internet was terrible. The room had a smell that kept me up all night.
The staff was very kind and agreed to move me to a room that didn’t smell.
Room 122.
The stove didn’t work. The bed was so uncomfortable. I was in pain all night.
When I gave up on sleep and turned on the light, there were German roaches, crawling all over the nightstand.
I spent the rest of the night with all the lights in the room on, so the roaches wouldn’t come back.
Both nights there was scary activity in the parking lot all evening.
I don’t know why they claimed to serve breakfast.
It’s coffee and snacks.

Will not stay here again
Cons:

Needs updated...carpet in room 119 was stained in multiple areas. The room had a nasty smell. The TV did not work and they did not fix the issue. Said previous person must have taken the cable box. I will not stay here again
