The staff was not knowledgeable and made many problems

Cons:

Check in key to room didn’t work ran my credit card and bank sent fraud notice because I was told after midnight audit wouldn’t except cash

Good neighborhood hotel
Pros:

Great service and good location. I am staying here because the main water line in my house broke. The hotel was recommended by my neighbors. Clean and spacious room the staff welcoming and friendly . I was glad they had available rooms and great price

Very clean
Pros:

The hotel is spotless and smells very clean.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like is the bed mattress. I really like softer mattresses. But, that's just my preference.

Patti has excellent customer service skills. The staff is top notch. Hotel grounds and rooms were clean. We will definitely stay here again

Nice stay
Pros:

I checked in last week and got a free upgrade because of many vacancies. The rooms are very nice well decorated hard wood floors. Of course they are clean and it's nice to be able to cook. The staff were friendly.

Excellent service
Pros:

Great hotel, great people. The hotel is in a great area in San Ramon, easy access to the freeway/. They offer breakfast in the morning. Limited selection but it is a good way to start the day . We were provided kitchen items to fix an easy meal. Highly recommend the hotel

Pros:

Excellent location with incredible service. The staff are attentive and friendly, the rooms spacious and clean. Many restaurants and shops walking distance . The value for the hotel is incredible. I was at the hotel for 2 nights and are considering to extend for another week.
