The atmosphere
Location and price.
The floor was damp ( first floor two different rooms on different ends of the property on the back side. Away from the parking lot)
There was a large clump of hair that pushed up ever so often.
One night went in took a shower and expected to have towns. Nope, took all the bathroom towels only the two hand towels by the sink left..

Dirty and stinky
Breakfast bar was not up to standard. There was not enough food available, eg: crock pot full of gravy but no biscuits, eggs but no sausage, no coffee cups and no juice cups.
The counters and tables were not being kept clean…
Nothing.
Unfriendly staff. Loud and obnoxious occupants. A/C unit thermostat was broken. Got no sleep and froze all night. "On-site" manager wasn't available. Complained and no refund.

It is very dirty! Service was horrible.
Highly do not recommend renting rooms at this hotel, the microwave didn't work in our room, there was mold in the freezer of the refrigerator that I had to clean myself, the carpet felt muggy on the bottom of your feet, there was mold above the shower, the shower curtain smelled of mildew, and the sheets were saturated with urine!!! When I went to the front desk to approach the clerk with the problems the staff started hollering at me and my daughter calling us curse words! There was a woman cleaning rooms wearing flip flops while her child slept on the couch in the lobby!!! Just very unprofessional all around!!!!
