The cleanliness of the room.

Cons:

The AC made a loud roaring noise while on auto, the bed was extremely uncomfortable my husband and I both got up with body aches after both nights. The pillows were a very cheap brand to soft not even using two pillows made a difference in the comfort level laying on the pillows. The room was to small and cluttered.

Flooded floors

It was a quiet area and clean

Cons:

I spent a weekend with my family, staying for two nights. On the second night, after being out all day, we returned to our room only to find it flooded with water everywhere. Our luggage, clothes, and shoes were all damaged. The bathroom was completely filled with water. I sent my husband to the office to file a complaint, and the attendant informed us that another guest had flooded our room by overfilling their tub. She offered us a different room, but who in their right mind would want to pack up all the wet clothes and belongings just to move to another room with only a few hours left before check-out? When we were checking out, my husband asked the attendant if we could receive any compensation for this issue. She offered us a $50 refund, which was merely the deposit we had paid, and not a true compensation. I rate this place a 4/10 solely because of this incident. The area is quiet, but overall, I felt that I was not treated as a valued customer.

Loved the set up. Was not far from much. Great price, easy parking. Staff was kind, speedy, and helpful.
