When I checked into the hotel Friday night (3/13/2026), the receptionist gave us a room on the back side of the hotel, room 312. I told her my mom preferred a room on the first floor, but she said that was all she had available (A LIE) because they were fully booked.
When we entered the room, there was a strong musty smell, so I tried turning on the air conditioner. The air didn’t work, so I called the front desk. The lady said she would send the maintenance guy. While waiting for maintenance, we started unpacking our things and sanitizing the beds. The sheets were very dingy, and I even found two baby spiders under the covers. About five minutes later, the front desk called back and said she couldn’t reach the maintenance person but could move us to another room.
I went to the front desk and exchanged keys. While there, a BIG grey cat was standing on the counter where snacks are sold. She moved us to room 108, also on the back side of the hotel.
This room was a little more updated and smelled slightly better. The air worked, but one of the mattresses was horrible. My aunt said she felt like she was working all night just trying to get comfortable. The bathroom floor was sinking in, and the TV channels kept going in and out.
Overall, the stay was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel.
Everything
Nothing
Clean and quite
Quiet and peaceful
This place has a lot fixing up to be done we had little to no hot water manholes need to be covered and taped off and I didn’t like that I had to ask for clean sheets due to having dog prints cigarette burns on them
It was okay just very small
