Pros:

I wanted bottom floor room, I got it. Clean, spacious. Handicap accessible.

Cons:

Wasn't their fault but storm blew in, power went out for several hours. Any such thing as backup generators for rooms? Luckily I always carry battery operated candle.

That's not bad, but it could use some improvements.
Pros:

Parking is complimentary and readily available. The staff members are very pleasant. There is a vending machine for water and soda should you require refreshments after hours.

Cons:

The room had a rather musty odor, reminiscent of humidity. The bathroom door hinges were quite noisy, which could be disruptive, especially during the night. The shower head was not fully functional, and the shower valve required some careful handling to prevent dripping. Furthermore, the complimentary breakfast offered a very limited selection, which I found to be unsatisfactory.

Cons:

Front desk staff knew nothing about location of ice machine. Telephone in the room did not work and was told that none of them work. This is a serious safety issue. There were dirty food papers on the floor in my room. And one towel. Also, Wi-Fi was not functioning. They ran out of bread and muffins, they had jam but no butter for waffles or toast. Staff said sorry, but they don’t buy us any anymore than what we had.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Everything was broken or dirty, and the staff was incredibly

It was a place to stay, that was about it.

Cons:

• The toilet in the room was broken, the walls had visible mold, and there were bugs inside the lamps.
• The complimentary toiletries were already used, and they were completely out of toilet paper.
• I requested extra blankets and was told they “don’t have any.”
• The “hot breakfast” was just bread and yogurt—definitely not what is advertised.
• Staff behavior was shocking. One employee in particular was loud, rude, and even cursed at guests when asked to do simple tasks like moving chairs in the breakfast area.
Overall, this hotel is dirty, mismanaged, and unsafe. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.
