Wont stay again.
Pros:

The front desk was super friendly, accommodating, and fast.

Cons:

The room was pretty dirty (lamp was dirty & dusty, curtains were stained, bath tub wasnt clean, walls had stains, sheets had stains, door lock was practically barely on door, out dated, smoke detector kept beeping, kept getting disturbed, saw a few roaches).

My start was very uncomfortable and gross.
Pros:

The location was okay.

Cons:

There’s were bugs in my room so o had to change rooms, once I got into the second room I noticed there was BLOOD on the blanket and sheet and mold on the walls in the bathroom. Needless to say I will never, ever stay here again.

Still a good value overall
Pros:

The front desk staff were excellent they immediately fixed our room with another option when we told them the original room was not clean

Cons:

Our original room was unfit not clean and smelled very strong of mildew

Would stay again
Pros:

Price was good, I have 2 small dogs and a large dog and they accommodated all 3. Overall it was a good place for the value.

Cons:

Didn't eat breakfast, drove a 26ft uhaul with a 12 ft trailer so was a little pain to get there with all the curves on the service rd. A car would've been much easier. Overall though it was a good place to stay

Very slippery bathroom floor!
Pros:

Cons:

There was something seriously wrong with the bathroom floor. When I checked in, I found water pooled on the bathroom floor. I mopped it up with towels, but it kept coming back as though it was seeping through the tiles. It was slippery than wet ice and I slipped several times!

The way I was treated made an already difficult situation even worse.

The staff, both the man and woman, were extremely rude and unprofessional. I was in town for my mom’s funeral and was already going through an extremely difficult time. Even after explaining that the person with me had only ridden with me to check in and that it would only be me and my 3 children under 12 staying in the room, they continued accusing me of lying and trying to hide an extra guest. I was treated horribly over something that simply wasn’t true. On top of that, there were roaches in the room, the AC barely worked, the WiFi was terrible, and there was no breakfast.

I’ll never stay here again!
Cons:

It was dirty! The whole room had a wet, sticky feeling. It stunk, the bedding was dirty, worn, torn, and threadbare. Half the lights didn’t work. The whole room was a mess! The guy at the front desk had a terrible attitude and was lazy. The TV didn’t work from the time we got there, he didn’t want to come check on it. When I told him the room and beds were dirty he lied about housekeeping. He was rude to my child! I’ll never stay there again! I’d give 0 stars a f possible.
