Will not be back!
Pros:

Had to keep asking for milk and food because they did not put out very much food at a time.

Cons:

Staff told us that we had to keep our children in the room at all times and that they could not use vending machine or ice machine.

Very disappointed.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The chair in our room needed upholstery cleaned, bathroom door was coming apart & did not close good. The ironing board was rusty, & the pool had been filled. We had planned on swimming. Breakfast bar did not have coffee ready our 2nd morning there.

Pros:

Absolutely nothing. I couldn’t stay there with my pets. Receptionists was extremely rude!

Cons:

Wouldn’t allow my pets and refused a refund. I had no place. because of fire I had to leave my home with my pets. She was rude and had 0 compassion.

Disappointed

Cons:

When I pulled to turn on shower the entire tub spout pulled out of wall and bounced back in wall.
Beds were small double. Very hard for two to sleep on.
Breakfast was disappointing. Was there at 745,, only white bread for toast, 4 tiny yogurts, waffles, 2 doughnuts, and cereal. Horrible choices for a diabetic. They were not restocking for the other guest coming in.
Nightshift girl was friendly but dayshift man and woman looked at us as if we were intruding in their house.
