The bed was comfortable. Minor repairs were needed in our room. Areas were spackled and not painted. Lamp shade was broken. Weather stripping around door was missing.

Pros:

Room was ready. Bed was made with a dirty sheet. Called office, sent maid. Maid looked at spot and touched it said oh it won’t come off on you. Told her I wanted a fresh sheet. She didn’t take kindly to that. If I could have gotten a refund, I would have. Lamps were almost fully rusted thru. Took air conditioner along time to cool room. Bathroom sink area was dirty. When we look into the breakfast room, they had counters filled with dirty laundry. Very uncomfortable and old mattresses, the pillows were so lumpy and disgusting. One had 1 washcloth and one towel for king size room with 2 people staying in it. Would not recommend this place.

Pros:

Most discusting unclean place I have ever stayed at. Used condoms behind the bed. Dirty sheets with stains and cigarette burns on them. The shampoo was completely empty. The room was disgusting. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! The breakfast was a joke. For the money I paid I was not very happy I feel as if I was ripped off

Very convenient to the Mall of LaGrange and to fast food. Breakfast and staff are excellent and everything is very clean. Slightly older building.

The staff here was very friendly and accommodating. Close to shopping and dining options. The room was clean and very comfortable. Definitely will stay again when we come back

We came in with 2 children for a 3 day stay and was very pleased with this motel. Pool was nice. Rooms were clean. The customer service was very accommodating. My only disappointment was the breakfast. They need to add a protein other than boiled eggs.

Just okay. Room had lots of signs of wear, scuffs on the walls, sitting chair was broken, stains on the bed comforter. Room felt clean but is in definite need of being upgraded. Bathroom looks as if it had begun being upgraded but done diy style.
