Meodiocre to poor.
Pros:

The staff was lovely and helpful.

Cons:

The room was dated and not completely clean. There were hairs in the bathroom and the walls of the bathroom were stained. The workout room had one treadmill that worked but was very loud and another one that was broken. That was about it, no weights or mats or music or med balls. They shouldn’t really advertise as a hotel with a workout room given the disrepair of it. The breakfast didn’t have anything except oatmeal packets that we could eat because of dairy allergies. In general, it was over priced for what it was.

Booking ahead is always a good idea; this time not so much
Pros:

The bed was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The room had a terrible smell like someone was cooking a lot of Ramen noodles. We had a late check in and thought the smell would dissipate. It did not. Th floor in the bathroom had a sticky looking spill on the floor. We should have requested another room; but we were way too tired.

Not worth your money
Cons:

For starters, I was traveling alone cross country with my 8 year old daughter and we booked this room because it had 8.2 stars on your website AND it claimed to be with walking distance to an Applebee's. While it was definitely within waking distance it was not a safe passage nor pedestrian friendly to cross the highway with zero crosswalk and a blind curve.
When we walked into our room it had the unpleasant aroma of stale cigarettes, attempted to call the front desk but the in-room phone was broken, never a good sign. These were outdoor access rooms and we had to sleep with a chair under the door handle because the burglar security latch was broken in 2 places and unusable. Went to take a shower and the first pristine white towel I pulled off the rack had about 6 long black hairs threaded into it, which made me think it was previously used and then folded back into the rack which is disturbing. Then of course we come to the heating unit, which didn't work properly at all (and the outside temp was in the 40s). Not only did we set it at 62° and still wake up drenched in sweat from the overly hot room but since it turned on every 15 minutes to continuously heat we also didn't sleep well because the unit sounded like a freight train and a turbo jet were having a baby. The customer service was average and when we checked out, nobody asked how our stay was, which also tells me that they know it wasn't great. All-in-all this was probably the worst $100 I have ever spent in my life. We will NOT be going back to this hotel and I will be making this review on every booking website to guarantee that the false 8.2 rating doesn't snare some other unlucky traveler. Beware.

Clean, comfortable and good value.
Pros:

Excellent staff at checkin. Clean room. Fortunate to be on 1st floor because there was no elevator to the 2nd floor. Good breakfast.
