Roaches in room. Dont stay here
Pros:

Comfortable bed, hot water thats it

Cons:

The room had Roach in it. Changed room then hesrd loud banging from construction. I found hair in my Breakfast, I through my food away just disgusting 🤢 The pool was freezing cold couldnt get in. No microwave in the room. Its a charge to use the room safe. DONT STAY HERE!

Great room, nicely laid out, and clean.
Pros:

The room was laid out nicely, basically a separate sitting area. The room was very clean.

Cons:

There was a bit of litter on the hallway on the first floor by the elevator.

We call it the pot hotel
Pros:

Best priced hotel in Owings mills. The rooms are large but carpets smell stale. We’ve stayed multiple times and the hallways always reek of marijuana but the smell doesn’t seep into the rooms like other hotels so we will continue to use this hotel because of the pricing.

Nice Hotel
Pros:

Upon using the bathroom to take a shower that night , I discovered a used washcloth hanging on the shower rod. This raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room and suggested that it may not have been thoroughly cleaned prior to my arrival.

Had I noticed the used washcloth upon my initial arrival, I likely would not have chosen to remain at the hotel.

Besides the dirty washcloth, the hotel was good. The breakfast buffet was good, the security of the hotel was great.

Poor service, worse room
Pros:

I stayed at this property for one night, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

Upon arrival, the front desk associate was neither welcoming nor courteous. She appeared inconvenienced by my check-in, which set a disappointing tone from the start. I was assigned a room on the sixth floor directly across from the elevator and adjacent to an area where construction was ongoing.

Right outside my room was a strong, pungent paint odor - from the construction area, that was quite overwhelming and concerning to breathe in. Given that the hotel did not appear to be at full capacity, I was surprised that I was placed in such a location. It felt avoidable and poorly considered.

Although I chose not to return to the front desk to request a room change, the conditions were uncomfortable enough that I checked out early at 6 a.m.

I travel to this area frequently for work, but I will not be returning to this property and would not recommend it to others. This experience was a significant disappointment, especially given the expectations associated with the Hyatt brand
