My day was awful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and honestly I believe I should’ve got a full refund.

Young lady at the front desk was pleasant.

Cons:

When I arrived, I checked in the Young lady was really pleasant. I checked into one room. I got into the room and the couch was dirty. They were spots all over the couch. The arms of the couches was really dark and dirty. I later went to check the bedding you could tell where the beds were just pulled up. The sheets were not changed. It was wrinkles. It was spots. I went back downstairs, went into a second room, which I did not like that room as well because chair pull out was broken on the right side as well as not clean. I did not stay in that room that night. I returned back to a friend‘s house. I did not receive my refund back. I did not stay in that room so I paid for a hotel room that I was not able to stay in because of the conditions and this is a property that I stayed in many times before but it was back in 2020 ‘ 2021 so I’ve never had these issues back then.

Pros:

Any place is only as good as the people who run it. In this case Pauline & Naddia at the front desk were MVP'S And Karen who is the Chef made a very difficult time for our Family soft and special.

I can't say enough good things about these three. You are very lucky to have them on your staff!!!

The property was reasonably priced. The girl at the front desk was amazing. She was extremely accommodating and friendly.

Cons:

There was a man lurking around the parking lot, looking into car windows. When we pulled in. When I told the front desk at check in, she immediately went outside and checked the parking lot.

It was a very short stay. It's in a good location. Just wasn't a welcoming stay.
Pros:

It wasn't really welcoming. We went out for everything.

Cons:

It wasn't welcoming. They did use Cashapp. I had to use my main Card with I don't like to use..
They weren't friendly at checking in. Didn't supply but 1 key when it was 2 people check it... ( very unusual).
So we went out for food and great atmosphere else where.

I had a great time overall and would come back to this hotel.

I appreciate the convenience of requesting an additional night and retaining the same room. The hotel offers a pleasant pool and lounge area, along with a satisfactory breakfast. And very nice staff

Cons:

The hotel’s road access could be improved, although it is generally ok to get to. However, the overall ambiance is somewhat peculiar. The rooms are exceptionally clean, with only minor crumbs or small items present and rooms not having microwaves.
