So disappointed…
Pros:

Had to leave early due to sickness… could not get charges of nights not there reversed. Snow and ice took up parking spots. Pool not heated and very cold. Totally disappointed

Survivable for one night.

Good Stay
Pros:

Had a nice stay minus the people playing with the fire alarm at 4 in the morning the morning I checked out. Wish I had a chance to have tried breakfast.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good

Cons:

Smelled musty and like marijuana. Light switches in rooms took awhile to work and turn lights on. Blankets and beds not comfortable at all

Pros:

The hotel was nice for the money. The breakfast served was really good. The room very clean. The Wi-Fi was unsecure but other than that we would stay there again.

My day was awful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and honestly I believe I should’ve got a full refund.

Young lady at the front desk was pleasant.

Cons:

When I arrived, I checked in the Young lady was really pleasant. I checked into one room. I got into the room and the couch was dirty. They were spots all over the couch. The arms of the couches was really dark and dirty. I later went to check the bedding you could tell where the beds were just pulled up. The sheets were not changed. It was wrinkles. It was spots. I went back downstairs, went into a second room, which I did not like that room as well because chair pull out was broken on the right side as well as not clean. I did not stay in that room that night. I returned back to a friend‘s house. I did not receive my refund back. I did not stay in that room so I paid for a hotel room that I was not able to stay in because of the conditions and this is a property that I stayed in many times before but it was back in 2020 ‘ 2021 so I’ve never had these issues back then.

Pros:

Any place is only as good as the people who run it. In this case Pauline & Naddia at the front desk were MVP'S And Karen who is the Chef made a very difficult time for our Family soft and special.

I can't say enough good things about these three. You are very lucky to have them on your staff!!!
