Just was not what I expected.
Pros:

The person at the front desk was nice.

Cons:

Just need some updates, I stayed there a long time ago and it was very nice. I guess it needed an update.

Great location. Close to many local attractions, shopping & restaurants.

Room was very nice, plenty of room, clean & comfortable

Cons:

A/C didn't work at first but the manager quickly rectified the situation. An breakfast options were poor.

Pros:

Our stay was fully satisfied, from staff, to room, breakfast was delicious, and cleanliness a plus. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Great location, disappointed in the cleanliness of the room, and good breakfast!
Pros:

The room was large, but next to the elevator, and was noisy with kids running up the hallways until 10 pm. You could hear people over your head. The hotel location was great as it was near Route 30. The snow was not cleared very well in the parking area, limited spaces and almost fell getting out of the car to the sidewalk. The entrance was clear.

Cons:

It did not seem as clean as the last two times I had stayed there. The room had large scratches on the wall and the carpet was worn. The door to the room was not hung right so there was a space as the top and you could hear everyone who was going to the elevator as we were right in front of it. Was really disappointed this time in the room and the environment!

Very nice!
Pros:

I missed the breakfast but there were still some nice items. The lady responsible for my room asked if I was checking out just to confirm and I found her to be very nice. Same with check-in staff.

Cons:

No idea, nothing comes to mind.
