The location was helpful to where we needed

Cons:

Extremely dissatisfied with this property and the condition of facilities. Under heavy construction, noise levels are very high with construction workers all up and down hallways. Cleanliness is also a major concern. Do not use this property!

The facility was clean and provided all we needed, but the location was not what we hoped for.
Pros:

The suite was spacious and clean, well-appointed.

Cons:

The location of the hotel left much to be desired -- the trucks passing by on Rt. 30 were extremely loud when using their air brakes, and it was disturbing when trying to sleep. There was also no place to walk outside. Not a quiet environment.

Good location for all of Lancaster county activities Walmart across road to pick up snacks. Rooms are suites which is nice

Cons:

Smoke detector battery not changed in corridor, so alarms beeped all day/night! Unfortunate. I hope management can do better in future.

Breakfast a little lacking too, even early am

That said, it’s a nice , clean place

Pros:

Really liked that there was coffee available 24/7. Staff very courteous. Nice room overall. Spacious. Great plugs/outlets right by bed on both sides.

Cons:

Sofa sagged in the middle. Lighting was dim in the room overall. Room was a little musty

I’ve stayed there three times if the price is good, we may stay there again

The layout of the room with the sofa and seat and small kitchen area

Cons:

We were given a room to the back of the property third floor looked to be 20 foot from the exit ramp to 30. My wife was able to sleep. I was not.

No, the electrical plugs could cause a fire hazard . As you walk in the door, the receptacles on the left wall definitely need to be replaced before something happens. I don’t know why, but it seemed like we were given a room that had not been redone because we had to use a key and all other doors had card locks.
