Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The facility was extremely clean and our room was great.

Great location, disappointed in the cleanliness of the room, and good breakfast!
Pros:

The room was large, but next to the elevator, and was noisy with kids running up the hallways until 10 pm. You could hear people over your head. The hotel location was great as it was near Route 30. The snow was not cleared very well in the parking area, limited spaces and almost fell getting out of the car to the sidewalk. The entrance was clear.

Cons:

It did not seem as clean as the last two times I had stayed there. The room had large scratches on the wall and the carpet was worn. The door to the room was not hung right so there was a space as the top and you could hear everyone who was going to the elevator as we were right in front of it. Was really disappointed this time in the room and the environment!

Very nice!
Pros:

I missed the breakfast but there were still some nice items. The lady responsible for my room asked if I was checking out just to confirm and I found her to be very nice. Same with check-in staff.

Cons:

No idea, nothing comes to mind.

Lack of security & response
Pros:

My wife & daughter stayed this weekend, and after 36 hours we’re still waiting for a phone call from the manager.
My wife and daughter were woken up at 3am by someone banging on doors and windows. Trying to get into the room next door. She called the desk 4x before someone finally answered. They said the person was locked out of the room next door and kid wouldn’t open it.
The hotel should have taken other action here instead of letting this happen at 3am. My wife & daughter were in fear. Daughter was in tears. Desk said, give them time to settle down. WTF kind of response is that?

I couldn't see the sign for the hotel,also you have to exit out the parking lot onto busy Rt 30.

Overall, great location, EXCELLENT FRONT DESK STAFF and super comfortable bed/pillows!
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The bathroom could have been cleaner. Did not to appear to be wiped down (bathroom sink area). I wiped up a good bit of grime, water, dirt on the right side of the sink counter area. Overall could have used a nice wipe throughout the entire bathhroom and floors.
