Bathtub faucet was loose.
I don’t come for the breakfast, because I’m so sleepy.
Overall , we like this place . Even it a little far to go back and forth .
Great location and great breakfast with lots of options.
Know ahead of time that this is a pet friendly hotel. While it was nice and clean, there is a faint hint of previous pets having been in the room.
Homeless people hanging out around building, people smoking by doors, flees in rooms and had an insulated cup stolen out of room on the only day we had it cleaned. Very upset that something so small and insignificant was taking leaving us to feel very unsafe
The front staff lady was very kind.
We drove 12+ hours on our road trip to this hotel. When we arrived to our room, the room was extremely muggy and musty. It was not clean. We always check for bed buds and such, and when we checked our first bed, it had some sort of brown bodily fluid(s) on the fitted sheet. Because this room was disgusting, we asked for another room. The front desk lady was extremely accommodating and apologized for the inconvenience. We were placed into another room. Also muggy and musty. We then started checking that bed as well. This time, the bed had a large spot of blood on the sheet near where you would lay your head. We decided that it was absolutely unfit to stay in and decided to ask for a refund and continue driving an additional 2.5 hours to get to another hotel. The front desk lady again was very understanding and kind. We have to get our refund through booking.com and are still waiting for the refund. I would NOT recommend this hotel. It is disgusting to say the least.

Beds were very comfortable. Best sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. Breakfast was delicious, and they accommodated for my daughter with alpha gal. The staff was friendly. It was a great stay.

We thought the jacuzzi tub was in the room, turns out they are ALL just jets in the regular tub. Not as romantic but we made due.

It looked very nice, the room was good sized and the bed was comfortable.
We had problems with both rooms. The refrigerators made constant compressor noises, so much so that we had to unplug them so we could sleep. The vent fan in the bathroom was unusable because it was so loud, definitely had mechanical problems. The other room’s fan wasn’t as bad but still very loud. The blow dryer in my room didn’t work, no matter what I did. My bathroom had a couple of ants. There was no garbage can in my room. It was disappointing because everything looked so nice.

Shower curtain was too long, rod needs to be raised or curtain hemmed. Shower head was loose in wall, was afraid to try to change water flow of Shower head.
