Nice place and location was great. Employees very friendly.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Coffee was available early for people who had to leave early. Great location to airport or the docks for cruises. I’d definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything. All was as expected

Es hat überall gestunken (Empfang, Aufzug, Speisesaal). Wir haben drauf verzichtet länger zu bleiben als nötig.

All in all a good stay. Staff was helpful!
Pros:

Breakfast was really good. Even bacon!

Cons:

Finished a reno last year so no furniture in the room. 1 chair and no table.

The hotel was very close to Tampa Inernational AirPort. An excellent room.
Pros:

We checked in early and found the hotel to be very Clean and well staffed. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the complementary breakfast, as we had a very early departure for the airport.

Cons:

There was nothing that we found to be unsatisfactorily.

Decent, but underwhelming
Pros:

The staff were so kind and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the breakfast buffet and the tea/coffee available anytime. The location was good, too.

Cons:

The room wasn't the cleanest and the hotel itself needs an upgrade. There was mold around the window frame in the room (from leaving the room-darkening blinds closed so often, I suspect) and the lights and such were dusty. The water pressure also made it hard to wash my hair. For a Best Western (and the price), I wasn't really impressed. We try to stay at BW hotels when we travel because they're usually very clean and well kept.

Overall very good and thankfully we got moved to a room with working toilet.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, the room was clean and tidy.

Cons:

Our toilet didn't flush so the very helpful receptionist moved us the following day as the onsite plumber didn't fix it at all.

Confortable mais un peu isolé.
Pros:

La chambre est confortable, le lit aussi, il y a du café disponible 24/24. Le petit déjeuner est inclus, même s'il n'est pas génial (couverts en plastic, assiettes en carton, muffins dans des emballages plastiques achetés au supermarché, bananes pas mûres et immangeables). Ce que j'ai beaucoup apprécié: arrivé à 9 heures du matin en débarquant d'une croisière, j'ai pu disposer de ma chambre immédiatement et sans supplément.

Cons:

L'établissement est situé le long d'une grand route, et dispose d'un parking assez vaste, c'est ce que demandent les Américains motorisés qui ne jurent que par la voiture. Mais, lorsqu'on est étranger et qu'on compte sur les transports en commun pour se déplacer, on est bloqué. Il y a bien un bus de la ligne 36 qui circule sur la grand route, mais il ne se rend pas au centre-ville. Il arpente simplement la grand route du nord au sud et du sud au nord. En plus, sa fréquence est seulement de un bus par heure. Les taxis ne sont pas plus fiables; lorsque j'en ai commandé un, j'ai dû attendre 45 minutes pour qu'il arrive.

Location was good-close to planned activities. Facility was clean and staff was friendly.
Pros:

The room was very nice-clean and spacious. The bed was VERY comfortable. The gal behind the desk was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The pool water was ICE COLD-I was unable to use it. Also; the outdoor light for the pool area was burned out...only had time to swim, after dark. For a 24 hour pool access, that's unacceptable.

La literie confortable et la chambre était grande

Cons:

Le seul bémol est le cancrelat que j’ai tué dans la salle de bain j’avoue ça nous a un peu refroidi
