Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und serviceorientiert.

Cons:

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht, eines war schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das 2. Zimmer wurde zwar renoviert, aber beide Zimmer hatten nur ein kleines Dachflächenfenster. Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht und daher war das eigentlich kein Problem, aber wenn ich länger dort gewesen wäre, hätte mich das schon gestört. Aber der Mann bei der Rezeption hat von sich aus gesagt, dass er uns ja gerne in ein anderes Zimmer gegeben hätte, aber sie komplett voll sind.

Fajna lokalizacja. Śniadanie było okej, nic specjalnego.

Cons:

Czystość w samym pokoju była przeciętna, czarne drzwi to idealnie potwierdzały. W łazience wydawało się ok. Pokój ciemny - jedno okno w dachu, do którego dostęp był tylko za pomocą kija. Można się było poczuć jak w izolatce. Świszcząca klimatyzacja utrudniająca zasypianie.

The view of the lake was absolutely breathtaking and created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit. Cons:

The bathroom was really tinny and had to turn side ways to even get into the shower. Only one breakfast tea bag put in room and one milk pot. We’re 2 of us.
Aircon was really poor. Breakfast didn’t have a big selection. Juice was very weak like water. Yogurt watered down.

A mixed bag. Great staff, brilliant location, good rooms, tired facilities.
Pros:

Staff were/are fabulous. Room was good. Terrace is excellent. Location is superb. Breakfasts on day one was outstanding. Day two less convincing.

Cons:

Bar area is all a bit soulless. Pool OK, gym is tired and needs a refurb and a rethink and it is too poor to be used by anyone who is serious. Sauna and steam room would be good but sold as an extra
