Решить вопрос с водой на ужине, вовремя ремонтировать оборудование номеров.
Pros:

Практически все, только около отеля идет ремонт дороги и рабочие уже в 6 утра начали шуметь. Хорошая небольшая зона с 3 саунами - инфракрасная, финская и турецкая (но за отдельную плату), включенный в стоимость бассейн с шикарными видами на горы и озеро. Хорошее постельное белье. Хороший завтрак.

Cons:

На ужине (мы брали полупенсион) не было бесплатных включенных в стоимость напитков, только платные. Никто нам не предложил меню этих напитков, я сам на соседнем столе посмотрел. В Словении очень хорошая вода из-под крана, могли бы поставить на каждый стол по кувшину с водой из-под крана или установить этот кран в зале с возможностью наливать эту воду самому. Это "экономия на спичках". Такая система была в одном из отелей в Италии - на ужин можно было заказывать напитки, но была и альтернатива - был кран из которого можно было наливать в стаканы проточную воду. Дверь на балкон была повреждена - нормально не окидывалась для проветривания и плохо открывалась - механизм поврежден. Матрас жестковат. Халаты в аренду за 5 евро - тоже неправильно, если это СПА-отель. В таких отелях обычно входит в стоимость проживания.

Pros:

Krásná lokalita na klidném místě, dost míst k zaparkování zdarma, prostorný pokoj, snídaně klasika-od všeho dostatek a slušný výběr. Večeře výborné, jen občas dalo trochu zabrat, která příloha k čemu patří, což je jen náš subjektivní názor. Milý a ochotný personál.

Cons:

Denní úklid pokoje by mohl být kvalitnější, župany za poplatek, i když je v hotelu wellness zdarma. Čerstvá zelenina na večeři ve studeném bufetu nebyla vždy v nejlepší kondici. Celkem drahý poplatek za kurt na squash (30min-20eur). Ke každé účtence za nápoje k večeři automaticky 4eura nějaký poplatek, čímž se 1L obyč. vody za 2,90eur celkem prodražil.

Good structure in perfect location very near to the lake, very good breakfast. The staff was very polite.

Cons:

Size of the room. It was small one with window on the roof. Generally I do not like this room type.
