The gentleman who checked us in was very cold and reserved. No greetings and no info was given about the breakfast timings, location or available facilities. Quite a disappointing welcome

It was clean and convenient, and the king-sized bed was very comfortable.
I did not like to be asked for a damage deposit of $200 to be authorized to my credit card. This is unnecessary and not all hotels do that. It took a few days for the charged to appear cancelled on my credit card.
We stayed at the hotel for 2 days. Communication was quick and clear, and the instructions for check-in were easy to follow. They also allowed us to check in later in the evening after 7 PM, which was very convenient. The hotel looks nice overall and offers a gym, a pool, and the option to add breakfast. The room had everything necessary for a short stay.
The pool had a very strong chlorine smell. We also saw a mouse in the corridor. When we informed the staff, they said they would take care of it, but we never received any update. The room was cleaned, but the floors were still dirty, especially in the corners. Breakfast options were okay (eggs, potatoes or beans, sausage, waffles you can make yourself, bagels, toast, and cereal), but everything was cold. Another downside is the parking — the hotel states they are not responsible for theft or damage.

Maybe because I was on the ground floor which typical me will not ever like. Can’t conclude based on that.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming to my children and myself. Hotel was clean and quiet and we enjoyed the pool time! We will be returning if we need to stay in the Mississauga area again.
The credit card machine wasn't working on arrival and we weren't able to get our keys because of the room deposit. It would have been nice to have been called back later to complete that. And garbage bins in the rooms are very small. Too small for anyone with messy kids. Maybe the pool could be a degree or two warmer too.
Location and nice facility. Good bed and sofa bed. Excellent for a family.
