Cons:

Se cayó el espejo del baño durante mi descanso( instalación poco segura)

Personal sin preparación ante contingencias/ accidentes

Estacionamiento sin alertas de acceso y salida

Proceso de facturación poco claro en recepción

No lo recomiendo / precio calidad a pocas cuadras Hotel Intercontinental o Holiday inn con desayuno incluido y muy profesionales!

Desepcionante en comparación a mi estadía anterior

La ubicación del hotel

Cons:

El hotel realiza eventos de baile para personas externas al hotel, al no tener salones habilitados para estos eventos, se genera un transito no seguro de personas por el hotel. Adicionalmente, los eventos de baile hacen que los pocos estacionamientos disponibles queden ocupados por personas que no son huéspedes del hotel y se genera un fuerte olor a humo de cigarrillo. Finalmente, las toallas proporcionadas por el hotel son muy viejas y requieren recambio.

Cuando pedí la factura no incluyeron el desayuno me dejaron esperando 20 minutos sin resolver el problema quedaron en enviar la factura corregida por mail y la mandaron mal
