I didn't stay here due to Booking.com's inability to fix my reservation problem with the facility.
Pros:

I did not stay here. Booking.com could not get the reservation information to go through to the property, I sat in the lobby for 1.5 hours waiting for them to fix it, and they just ended up cancelling my reservation. They said they would send an email with other available rooms in the area and they did NOT. I had to find my own lodging, in the middle of the night, in an unfamiliar area.

Cons:

Trash and spare parts strewn about the outside of the property. Couch in main lobby broken and sitting on blocks. Pool is present but completely closed, windows covered, last room available had a broken television.

Room smelled musty ....some of the wall areas needed simple plaster repairs ...bedside lamp shade needed changing to new one (rust stains and holes)...lots of disturbing noises in the hallway overnight ....iron was broken and fell apart when trying to take out of the closet door...refrigerator was leaking water on floor towards bed floor area....my apologies for the negative comments, but just being honest ... simple changes can make a big difference....hopefully all can be fixed for the next visitor's stay ....hope this helps

It worked for what we were looking for, but I'd never stay here to sleep.
Pros:

The person staffed at the desk was patient about my booking not having shown up yet. There was a bed in the room. That's about it.

Cons:

The air conditioner was leaking (and I mean there was a lake on the floor), the bed was extremely squeaky, the couch was saggy, and some of the lamps only had one bulb in them.
