Great place for families! Very clean hotel with a great waterpark. You can tell the staff takes pride in the place, it is very well organized and everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind, from the front desk staff to the housekeepers. Our entire family loved the waterpark, from little kiddos to our 20 year old. Tyler at the front desk was especially helpful during our stay. Highly recommend!
The room was quiet despite the number of children staying at the hotel.
The property is a little worn. The exercise room was awful; the equipment was worn out and I wasn't sure if the treadmill would actually die on me.
Water park was very fun! Friendly staff.
The room was very nice and comfortable. I really liked the idea of the bedroom area was located in the back of the room! It really made for a quiet setting and good nights sleep!
The hotel was very busy with boys baseball tournaments, which was fine. But the parents of them took over the lobby area, and were very loud amongst each other. It wasn’t a comfortable situation, as myself and other guests were sitting in the area. I just went back to my room.
The internet is garbage, it doesn't work, the televisions are super small and the fan in the bathroom didn't even work!
10/10 experience with my family. Has the cleanest best upkept waterpark I've ever seen. The flooring is a rubberlike material, so it wasn't slippery and safe for young kiddos. The entire staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. Special shout out to waterpark staff. They were very friendly but still kept a great eye on safety of kids. Rooms were also very clean. Also was not very busy in the waterpark so that was a great perk. We will be back.
There were reading lights along with the wall lights -- however, the reading lights did not work. Nice idea if they work. Location close to several eating options. Near a highway, but was quite.
Breakfast could be arranged a little better. Didn't realize there was cream cheese for the bagel I choose until I had alread put peanut butter on it. Cream cheese was in a little fridge on the opposite side of area then the bagels were on.
Location of toilet paper roll -- had to reach way back to reach it. I took it off the roller and set it on the bathroom counter, as with shoulder issues was to hard to reach otherwise.
selection - gravy with meat for bisquit was not even warm

Tired building. Didn't know hot tub pool area wasn't open weekdays till after booking. Facility looking very tired.
