Best Western Comfort Business Hotel

Zimmer sehr sauber, ruhig und ausreichend groß. Das Frühstück war absolut ausreichend und das Personal sehr freundlich.
Kostenlose Parkplätze sind in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Wir würden jederzeit dort wieder übernachten.

Nice and clean, staff spoke good english. Just a decent hotel to stay in for a few days for whatever reason!

very basic hotel, no restaurant (misleading description given). Had to ask multiple times for fresh towels, coffee, milk, sugar etc as the maid kept forgetting to replace. Very noisy outsound during the night. Drunks seems to congregate outside.
Bottle of water €6:50, which is a disgrace. Beakfast very basic, with little seating area.
Definitely wont be staying again, worse hotel. I've stayed in during my visits to Dusseldorf.

Good enough for business trip

This hotel was booked for me and I had no idea of the quality. I have to say I was more than impressed on a number of fronts. The staff could not do enough for us. We were there for the Shutzenfest and they were rushed off their feet. Morning, noon and night they smiled and helped us enjoy our stay. Very central to Neus Shutzenfest, the breakfast was unlimited and filled you up for.the day, each person had a flask of boiling hot coffee. The hotel was immaculate as were the rooms. Cleaning staff were very polite and if you asked for room not to be cleaned they would ask if you needed towels etc. The bar was open all night and drinks reasonably priced. Great value for money.

Convenient location!

worst hotel I have seen in my life. No proper menu in Breakfast. No service and location is also very bad. Even they had charged for water. Staff was also very arrogant. room cleaning was bad. No body want to care. No body have changed the Towels inspite of repeated reminders

This Hotel is not great located somewhere in an industrial park. Ok it’s not to bad connected to the city but there is nothing around to run errands or other things.
The room was clean but puristic furnished. The TV very small not like on the pictures in Tripadvisor. Wifi was interrupted and the bathroom had a styling of the 80.
The breakfast was good not splendid but good. The staff friendly and attentive.
The charge was about 270€ a night for one person- absolutely not matching what was offered.
So all over three points.
Do I am looking for to come back? Not sure.

Very clean, quiet and hospitable. Excellent breakfast, varied and tastefully prepared. Staff from the kitchen and housekeeping are very polite , friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, with high ceiling and large windows. Very nice stay.

Overall a decent budget hotel to stay overnight. Free and sufficient parking space. The staff at the breakfast was super friendly and very nice to our kids!

Had a room with duvets which smelled strongly with armpits odour, receptionist wasn't helpful at all, manager on holiday, not accessible, rooms without AC. Second room was little better, good breakfast

Convenient with tram stop reasonably nearby. No local shops i could find. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Limited hotel facilities.
