Very clean

Cons:

Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. The pool is NOT open. So if you are looking for a place that offers a pool-as we were- this isnt the place..there is nothing stated on the Booking.com site about this and on the hotel site its about 8 clicks deep. Overpaid for this place because we wanted the pool (soccer tourney weekend with kids). The man at the desk wasnt very friendly at all and kind of rude when I asked about the pool.

Not a bad place to stay but probably wont be staying because of the pool next trip. We stay in that area every 4-5 weeks

Probably will be our regular stop when going from Tennessee to Wisconsin and back again.
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Strong wifi.

Cons:

There are some bushes that block their sign until a person at the driveway to their lot. Not too bad the second time around, but almost missed their driveway the first time we stayed there.

Pros:

Room 224 neighbor in room 226 was either drunk or nuts. Music and cussing and yelling. Called front desk they did call the room but that made them louder. Finally was told from front desk that someone had paid for their room and they would reach out to them. No difference but the front desk did move them but as they left their room they turned up the TV and it stayed on high until breakfast. NO sleep for me. I mentioned this to the day shift as we were checking out but sorry nothing we can do or offer anything to compensate. I was not looking for a free night but something. People abuse hotels for sure

Very nice staff, but worn down hotel.

Staff was really nice.

Cons:

Pillows are hard as rocks. Had to ask at front desk for amenities, I.e. hair dryer, iron, ironing board. Then had to bring them back once I was finished with them.

Overall great stay, some recommendations better breakfast, better TV experience. Just basic cable. Was looking for apps. WiFi connection process was too long. You should be able to just connect once you enter your room number and last name.

We had a very nice stay. Easy check-in & out. Everything was clean & nice bathroom. Room was quite spacious & air conditioning worked great. No guide for the TV was our only complaint. Decent breakfast.
