We love it here. They treat u like family and look out on your best interest. We chose this motel over any other. It's a great place to stay & very quiet.

The furnishings are a bit outdated and the rooms had a somewhat musty odor. Overall everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly.

Clean, conveniently located, good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay along with our small dog. Check in was done online and easy. Room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

It was a nice day it was clean enjoyed my time there and the staff was also wonderful thanks for a great experience

My second time to stay here. First time was about 2 years ago. It has declined some since then. My room latch (the one near the top of the door, not the actual deadbolt) was broken and I told the front desk about it in the morning. He said he’d have maintenance fix it that day. When I got back than night, it wasn’t fixed. The breakfast was only so-so: not as good as last time, so I skipped it the second day and was going to opt for in-room coffee, but the coffee maker was missing its insert! The second day I was really tired and had requested a noon checkout, so I was going to put the “do not disturb” sign on the door and get some more sleep, only to find I didn’t have one. The first day I only had one bar of soap. Fortunately I had brought a “just in case” bar myself which I put in the shower and used the one they had provided at the sink. Front desk staff was friendly, but very disappointing that my concern about the door latch was not addressed. Also I was on the side of the building that faces I-55 this time and the noise made it really hard to sleep, as did an annoying intermittent clicking sound from the quite-old-looking heater. In general, this place needs work and the staff needs to pay more attention to detail. Probably won’t stay here again.

The hotel clerk at check in was friendly and helpful! The room (king) was clean and good sized, bed was comfy to boot! The breakfast was well laid out and the sausage gravy was yummy. I would recommend this hotel if you are in the area!

I felt safe. I was extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was fabulous. The entire hotel was clean and inviting, quiet and peaceful and very easily accessible from I 55. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

I've stayed here several times for but this time my room came with ladybugs. The manger did make things right & reimbursed me some of my money back. All staff are very nice & friendly as well. I wouldn't mind staying here again

Clean, well organized and operated hotel. Convenient to I-55 Expressway, restaurants, shopping and business centers.

Towels too thin, no bedding for sofa bed

Milk was sour but staff immediately took care of it and apologized. Room was missing a shower curtain but one was brought up to our room promptly. All staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

Clean Room, Quite

It’s kind of misleading. The appearance of the hotel outside and the lobby when you first walk in even the dining area, makes the hotel look very appealing just like the photos shown on line. However, when you open the door to your room, the room is a complete 180. Your are greeted with a pungent smell of cigarette. The king size bed looks okay and comfortable, then we noticed the lounge chair had a huge noticeable stain on the cushion, plus noticeable stains on the arm and headrest as well. Then the chair to the desk had some type of oil stains on it plus it was torn and covered with heavy dust, and the hand rests were missing and the legs to the chair were rusted. The night stands had not been dusted and the lamp shades had heavy lint on them and the lamp stands were also rusted. The TV remote was missing the back part of it and the batteries were held together with scotch tape. The bathroom countertop, door handle, light switch were sticky and dirty. Closed the door to the bathroom and there was dirt behind it. The bathroom floor had footprints and stains on it obviously hadn’t been cleaned (so I cleaned it), and the toilet seat was broken. Then at night when I got up to use the bathroom, next to the nightstand, I stepped on a steel screw left on the carpet. Next morning when in bed I happened to look up and I noticed a plastic cover over the smoke alarm. That explains the lingering cigarette smell.

Parking was great. Did not use the gym. Hotel is clean; the outside smoking area was dirty.
