Staff was very helpful in finding us a room that was away from the elevator. Breakfast was good. Location was within walking distance to main part of town.
Room needs renovation. Carpet is fraying on edges. Furniture is in poor condition. Bottom of bathtub is gray from age and don't think any amount of cleaning can make it look any better.
I liked the friendly helpful staff.

Exterior needs some work.
The hotel is close to the city’s bars and shopping centers, which is a huge positive point. You can walk there.
This is the second time we have stayed there, but unfortunately, this time it was disappointing. The place was dirty, especially the bathroom. The smell was unpleasant as well, like cigarette smoke.
Came across two staff members that were super rude. I tried to call email and text message the manager Ben Brown, but never received a call back if you can do business elsewhere do it especially if you have a family and they’re looking forward to using the pool.
Breakfast was nice. Air-conditioning worked well and pillows were great.
The lack of handicapped room with 2 queen beds is deplorable for a company the size of comfort inn. We had asked at least for a room with a handicapped bathroom. While the shower had a bar, it was not sufficiently close to the toilet to provide adequate assistance for my sister to stand from the extremely low toilet.
The location, the breakfast and the staff made my stay very pleasant.
Room 203 floor tiles were loose. Toilet would be better if replaced with a new more efficient one.

Everything. But the parking was abit limited. But it may have been due to the housing for firefighters. And they was certainly ok.

The stay was pleasant. Ideal location that's walkable to a few restaurants and shops, friendly-enough staff, clean room with a comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Fairly quiet, but I think that depends entirely on who else is staying at the hotel. Safe area.
I guess I should have paid more attention when booking, because I was expecting a regular breakfast. This was waffles or nothing, so we went elsewhere. The room was showing some wear. It was generally in good repair, but the ottoman by the chair was in really bad shape with leather peeling off. Also, the air conditioner worked but was not adjustable, so our room got REALLY cold, even on "low cool" setting. The dial for adjusting the temperature just spun in circles. I was jolted awake twice by doors on our hall. I don't think people were being inconsiderate; I think it was just that the rooms are not super insulated for sound and the doors are loud.
