Location and that’s pretty much it.

Cons:

Staff friendliness. Not very nice or inviting. Will not stay here again. If you don’t like where you work you should find another job that makes you happy and not take it out on the guests. Very rude.

Bad snow storm , caused power outage to entire hotel at 4 a.m. power wasn't restored until after checkout time. No heat, lights. Temperature outside dropped to single digits causing hotel room to become cold.
