Close to a wedding that we intended to be at on the 25th.
I usually don’t give bad reviews as we don’t have huge standards for a hotel. However, this stay was disappointing to say the least. We arrived past Midnight on the 25th and were very tired from the long flight and drive. The first room they gave us was on the first floor, the door would not open. My husband asked the front desk. They say that the door “died”. They then gave us a new room, to our surprise, it was still dirty, bed was not made, dirty towels on the bathroom floor. Third time’s a charm i guess, we finally got two queen sized beds, when we specifically booked a king room. When we woke up, we had breakfast which was pretty standard for a comfort inn/suites hotel, nothing bad to say about it. But here’s the deal, when we got back to the room, no water, like zero. From the tap or the showers. We waited for two hours and asked for an ETA on when it would be up and running again. By this time. We have had no water from 10am-noon. We had to go to a freakin truck stop to shower because we needed to be at a wedding by 3pm. By 1pm, we came back so i could do my makeup, and there was STILL no water.
Clean and comfortable room. Shower was great and we love a strong shower head but this one was very aggressive. No other complaints. Staff was kind and quick.

Need darker curtains due to gas station across the road, their lights was so bright it made the room bright even with the curtains down.

The 1st and 2nd room we were assigned to smelled of mildew/mold. The entire floor of the 1st room smelled of this promptly after leaving the elevator.
The beds were comfy! Room was nice!
It was loud and not super clean. The noise going on around the hotel kept us up at night. Walls are thin!
