If we return to London, this is where we will stay!
Pros:

The location was 10 out of 10, the apartment was light, quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The bedding and pillows were perfect, and nice large bath towels provided and a fabulous shower. Loved the coffee maker and having a filtered water pitcher was a nice touch. Well-stocked kitchen and plenty of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion). Could not ask for anything better.

Die Lage ist super, alle waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute Stimmung. Super Apartment, sehr geräumig und der Balkon war toll. Gute Betten!

Underwhelming property but good location.
Pros:

Good location for our plans.
Friendly Staff.
Clean. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

The room decor was tired.
Looked better on photos. Expensive for what it was have been in nicer properties for less money in London.
Uht milk ? Why not fresh milk !
Many flights of stairs we knew about but it was a track to get back to the room !

Big comfy beds and generally clean
Wi-Fi and Aircon worked well

We were on top floor, so five flights of stairs was quite challenging

Pros:

Apartamento muy acogedor y amplio. Muy bien situado. Con todas las comodidades: tvs, altavoz de música, microondas, lavavajillas, nespresso, cápsulas de café, tes, nevera, botellas de agua y brick de leche. Baño amplio con jabón, champú y body milk. También plancha. Y hay un adaptador para enchufes europeos.

Cons:

A nosotros no nos importó, pero no tiene ascensor, por lo que si vas muy cargado o con movilidad reducida puede resultar algo más incómodo. La escalera es amplia y cómoda. Tal vez un par más de tacitas en el apartamento podrían poner.
