There is no elevator , so climbing to the 5th floor its an adventure :)

Central location but quiet. Close to tubes, easy to find. Excellent staff. Clean and so comfortable.

Although we turned up early, we were super fortunate to be allowed to check in. As before the staff were fantastic. The apartment was perfect. The location is second to none and super central.

The location was excellent. Good communication and easy entry to the property. The apartment was very clean, and the beds were super comfy and large - hugely appreciated. Whilst not cheap, the price-point for London was really good and again, very appreciated.
The images in the online ads showed the property as being a little more glossy and glitzy. - maybe taken immediately after refurb a few years ago? Whilst not misleading, it was slightly less luxurious than expected.
Our apartment was on the 5th floor - quite a trek up stairs as no lift. It was fine, but if we had any health/heart issues, this might have been an unexpected issue.

Cleanliness was good overall but a couple of small things that could have been better.
Spotless , position, very comfy bed the young man who showed us to our room was wonderful def stay again
it wasn’t as luxurious as the photos , i booked for three adults there was only one bed and wanted to charge us for extra bed . But they did give extra bedding so someone could sleep on the settee
The location of the property can't be beat -it's right off of Regent Street near Piccadilly. The unit was on the top floor, which meant climbing 6 flights of stairs. We definitely got our steps in. Once, inside it was quiet and clean. There was a strange, smoky smell in one of the bedrooms, but reception put in an air purifier which cleared it up. We would definitely stay there again.
Amazing location. Right on Regent Street. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants.
The room was a little run down, not exactly as shown in pictures. Bathroom was also extremely compact. Also there is no lift so bare this in mind if you have heavy luggage.
