Price only justified by location
Pros:

Helpful Staff, incredibly central location, spacious living room, good kitchen appliances, large bathroom.

Cons:

No lift, generally old furniture, not perfectly clean (actually the carpet was filthy). The bedroom was so small that the crib would completely block the access to one side of the bed and part of the door.
Last but not least the day we checked in there was a terrible smell in the reception - hope that was temporary.

Overall great, we world like to come back, maybe to a more light and spacious room.
Pros:

Location was exceptional. Clean and spacious.

Cons:

A couple of missing pieces;
1. There is a need of on extra comfortable Cahit in the living Area when there is a family staying.
2. Not much light in the bedroom.
3. Shower not working and towel hançer missing in bathroom rom 7.

Best spacious place at a super location.
Pros:

I loved that the room is spacious, AC is there and it has a remote control that actually works.
The location is superb.

Cons:

I missed to have washing machine. And the elevator.

Perfect location and very comfortable amount of space. Be aware that it’s stairs only.
Pros:

The location and the amount of space in the apartment.

Cons:

The furnishings were a little tired and the four flights of stairs with luggage.

Delightful-helpful staff, 3 bedrooms, air conditioning-we are all thinking of booking again!
Pros:

No breakfast

Cons:

There was only one day we were told the water was shut off-but, although it was short notice-we were informed. Maybe extra water bottles or a warning to fill a container for washing or drinking would have helped-if they knew in advance.

Fabulous stay right in the heart of Mayfair and close to everything.
Pros:

Excellent facilities . Very well located. Housekeeping daily was brilliant. Staff were exceptionally helpful particularly Jack !

Cons:

Nothing i liked it all - oh maybe the stairs !! But good exercise anyway :)

Great modern accomodation in the heart of London
Pros:

Great location, very clean and modern apartment. Easy walking to Soho, Carnaby, Bond and Oxford Streets, Piccadilly Circus etc. lots of nice coffee shops, restaurants etc within 5-15 minutes walk. Obviously great shopping nearby too.
