Its location having stayed before!
On checking-in we were told the room we requested wasn’t available but a 2 double bed was, we were happy with that, but then we were shocked by the patronising way we were told “you should be grateful for having a roof over your head” we were both shocked by such a rude an unnecessary statement, as we had paid for the room, IT WASN’T FREE!!!! Having said we had stayed before, we were told “there’s been many changes since then” obviously politeness has been removed? We would not recommend, stating there unless you want to be insulted!

Great location
We stayed one night while traveling and had a great experience. The evening reception lasted longer than usual, breakfast was excellent, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Easy digital key check-in, friendly staff, private beach access, and golf cart rentals right from the parking lot. Highly recommend.

They have no working a/c. You will be sweating whole time. The elevators are always out of order.
I was not surprised of the excellence, because I always stay at an Embassy. This location exceeds by far.

The beach chair rentals are too crowded
It was not my taste, the muffins was frozen and the food wasn’t very good.
It tasted like it was reheated and not fresh.
We love the atmosphere of Embassy Suites! Looking out over the lobby and getting to ride in the glass elevators was probably as exciting for me and my husband as it was our kids! We loved the size of our rooms, and we loved eating a hot breakfast cooked fresh for us each morning. We hope to come again soon!
