Clean, comfortable, good breakfast
Pros:

Right off the interstate made it easy to get to

Cons:

No real complaints. It was a bit loud from road noise. If that’s important to you request a room on the north side of the property.

Pros:

The facility was spotless. The rooms were spotless and bright. The staff was wonderful to us. I haven’t been to such a nice, clean hotel in years. Even the breakfast area was kept clean with plenty of food.

Pros:

Everything was clean and new.

Cons:

The only complaint would be very poor water pressure in the shower, but I understand it is likely a water-saving measure.

Felt unwelcome

Looked nice and fresh

Cons:

We could not stay for these 6 nights and were required to pay at least one night. So we did stop by to check it out for future trips to visit family. Looked like a nice fresh hotel. Since we had paid for one night and didn’t stay, we asked if we could get a quick coffee from the breakfast room and we were told NO. She followed us to be sure we wouldn’t get coffee.

My stay was rotten because of how I was feeling. Not your fault. Get new elevator!
Pros:

The kindness of staff as I got really sick while I was there. Not your fault. I was on an antibiotic that I had a very bad reaction to.

Cons:

A year ago when I was there the elevator stopped working. This visit, the same thing happened. Very hard on me with emphysema and the sickness I was feeling from the antibiotic I was on. It's vital that you get that elevator replaced immediately. Old people can't be hauling their luggage up and down the stairs.
