Pros:

Front desk staff was nice, room was decently clean (exemption being the bathroom)

Cons:

Mold on ceiling tiles in bathroom. No towels or washcloths in bathroom (there were around 5 small hand towels and that was all) Pump hand soap was empty in bathroom. No toiletries provided in the bathroom (small soap square etc). Elevator was out of order. Very loud AC unit and refrigerator in room.

It was a comfortable stay and a good value.
Pros:

The room was generally clean and comfortable. Workout and breakfast facilities were fine. Staff were very friendly and courteous.

Cons:

Bed could have been a bit better. The mattress crunched when you rolled over in bed and the mattress was covered with only a sheet and you could see the mattress right through the sheet. Some kind of mattress cover would be an improvement.

It was short, sweet & smelly.
Pros:

The woman at the front desk was amazing. Very friendly & professional.

Cons:

The room smelled musty. We think it was coming from the air conditioning unit. It was gross, but we did not complain to the front desk since we assumed all the rooms are probably like this.

Cons:

Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber, Essensreste im Kühlschrank und auf dem Boden im Zimmer und es roch nach „alten, nassgewordenen Hund“

Location was good. Evening staff was good. Morning staff was not very attentive

Cons:

The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. There was NOTHING on the breakfast buffet at 8:45 when it ended at 10. When asked for replenishment, was told they would have to send someone to get more. Never replenish. Bulb out in bathroom. Heater/AC made loud noise.
