I liked how spacious the rooms are . Breakfast had many nice options

I have been trying to get ahold of the manager, I stayed the previous weekend,I had an emergency back at home, so I had to cut my stay,I did not stay two nights, only one night, waiting on refund for that stay, I then spoke to staff following weekend and still no luck,phones are messed up there I'm told, I hurt my back and was not able to stay the second night, I went to urgent care and was directed to go to hospital for further care, I have not gotten reimbursed for the one night last weekend and this one night this past weekend stay. Also my stay last weekend there was dog urine in the bathroom not cleaned up and bathroom was not cleaned,dusty,hair and chunk of hair in tub.

Accommodating & Clean !!
Pros:

The staff was so friendly !! The hotel was immaculately clean !! Lots of restaurants in the vicinity. We will be back !! The manager was so very kind to us weary travelers upon check in.

Cons:

Didn't bother with breakfast. Had no gluten free options of any substance. There was a dog barking left in a room down the hall.
However, all of the bean counters at corporate don't understand any of this and will punish good staff based on a bad survey to keep all of the money in their pockets.

It's a very nice hotel for a short day, for example, if you're visiting the college
Pros:

The location of the best Western in Brockport was good. It was close to restaurants and shopping and parking was exceptionally good. The staff were very very friendly answered my questions and were able to provide for my needs very well.

Cons:

I like the property I think on the second floor the small aisle that led to the elevator was unmarked, and I walked by it several times lighted directional light on the ceiling. You know that said elevators would be good, but that's a small thing.

Pros:

Proximity to my job site

Cons:

I was charged for a hot breakfast the hotel no longer serves. They checked somebody else into my room when I was trying to get into the shower and got to enjoy a stranger in my room while I was in my underwear. Will not stay here again.
