I originally booked a bedroom with a balcony and I got to the hotel to check in the guy working straight up said I gave you a different room because the one you booked was gross. Anyways we went up to our new room he gave us and the lights were so dim and you could barely see anything. The beds looked like weren’t even washed just re made. The shower never got hot.

Day staff was great , night shift was irresponsible and didn’t care about the guests safety

Bed and shower were great.

Cons:

There was a fight in the room next to us where a minor was beat up and the night staff didn’t want to call the police. The blood in the hallway , on my door jam and the elevator were not cleaned up until I complained the next morning. I ended up leaving a day early because I was not safe and was doing the staffs job keeping the minor safe. There is definitely a police report filed.

The pet friendly area, the cookies when we arrived, the facilities had gym and laundry, the beds were comfy and big lobby to chill in.

Cons:

Our room was tad more ight with two queen beds and dogs.

Travelling home. Great stopover!
Pros:

Location s great. Rooms always clean.

Cons:

The front desk staff was totally unengaged. Not rude but not overly helpful. Someone was trying to access the small door to the right of the main desk and the employee just sat in his chair playing on his phone or whatever. Never attempted to help. Didn't try breakfast but it looked O.K. Never enough gluten free options.

I have stayed in many Comfort Inns in other states, which were incredible. This one falls far short.
Pros:

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was located in a good location, close to the interstate and had a few restaurants as well as a grocery store nearby, which was convenient.

Cons:

I was initially put into a handicapped room. Not good. Thankfully, the front desk gal moved me into a normal room. But that room did not have a working refrigerator, which thankfully again, she found one that did work. However their hotel room frig had no freezer to store my ice packs. The wifi was glitchy and inconsistent. The coffee pot did not heat up the water. The breakfast bar had a broken coffee machine and orange juice machine, the entire 8 days I was there.
