disappointing
Pros:

breakfast was fine. I was surprised that there was no pool as the other comfort inns I stayed in had one. the hotel seems to be in need of some updates. the cost was ridiculous.

Cons:

the hotel for what I paid was not in alignment. it would have been ok for less than $175, but $300!!! it was not a $300 hotel.

Okay hotel
Pros:

Good location comfortable beds

Cons:

Had to switch room 4 times!! They had no clean rooms and what they told me were clean ended up not being clean. It was all sorted out in the end!

Nice if your key would work for building and your room!
Pros:

Comfortable beds and shower, standard hotel breakfast. Lemon ice water in the lobby was a nice touch.

Cons:

Key card didn't work on entry door or our room. Imagine every evening returning to your hotel, loaded down with bags and groceries, only to find you can't get in the side door, then going to 3rd floor to find you can't open your room. First guy acted like we were stupid for not being able to use it- at least other staff acknowledged it was a problem and apologized! We observed other guests holding their breath in the hall, hoping theirs worked too! We stayed 3 nights and had it re-keyed 3 times.

We paid way too much for a basic room (not sure why rates were so high when it was almost empty in June?) to have to walk around the building to front door every night, then have to go back to front desk for re-keying (1st night twice!).

I originally booked a bedroom with a balcony and I got to the hotel to check in the guy working straight up said I gave you a different room because the one you booked was gross. Anyways we went up to our new room he gave us and the lights were so dim and you could barely see anything. The beds looked like weren’t even washed just re made. The shower never got hot.

Day staff was great , night shift was irresponsible and didn’t care about the guests safety
Pros:

Bed and shower were great.

Cons:

There was a fight in the room next to us where a minor was beat up and the night staff didn’t want to call the police. The blood in the hallway , on my door jam and the elevator were not cleaned up until I complained the next morning. I ended up leaving a day early because I was not safe and was doing the staffs job keeping the minor safe. There is definitely a police report filed.
