Nice but very pricey!
Cons:

Initially, the staff couldn’t find my reservation despite having both my first and last name. That was a bit nerve-wracking. They found me ….. eventually, but it was kind of a troubling beginning to my stay. The hotel was very nice but I must say it was terribly expensive. It was nice but not nice enough to merit that high nightly rate.

Very comfortable hotel in excellent waterfront location.
Pros:

Extremely comfortable and very well located on the waterfront. Good facilities including outdoor pool terrace.Very easy to reach the Harbour air seaplane terminal for our flight to Victoria.

Cons:

It’s a bit impersonal as would be expected of a large hotel surrounded by other large hotels on the waterfront. Dining there did not appeal much but there is an excellent restaurant, Rileys steak & seafood just along the street we would recommend.
