Great location with great views and near the convention centres. Large comfy room with all necessary facilities.
The drilling noise during daytime
Great location. Easy walk to city, Gastown, Stanley Park, Seabus terminal. Views of the harbour.
Double beds are small for two people - but this seems to be standard. Would have loved queen size bed.
location, view
some of the prices such as breakfast seemed quite high
Nice design, good location
Expensive parking
amazing room with spectacular view of the waterfront area. The bed was soooo comfortable. We used the outdoor heated pool and the hot tub - amazing to swim while looking at snow cap on the mountain
I didn't have any issues
We got upgraded to a Harbor View room and it was gorgeous! The location is perfect to stay in the night before a cruise. It is right across the street from the cruise terminal. You can watch the cruise ships and other boats come and go before you board your own. For a very special treat, order room service breakfast and eat in front of your window before you leave. The food was delicious, and my spouse and I are vegans and all the vegan menu options were clearly marked and we had very nice choices.
Nothing I can think of!
The Fairmont Hotel was the perfect hotel for us to stay at since we were in Vancouver to take an Alaskan Cruise. The staff was so helpful in getting our bags from the hotel to the ship. The Fairmont is a luxurious hotel with wonderful amenities! I highly recommend this beautiful hotel!
better than expected amazing
NA
Were cruising to alaska when we checked in, Overall experience with hotel amenities are very good. What stands out is the services of this hotel for picking up our luggage and bringing it straight to our cruise ship room on the day of embarkation. Me and my Wife was so delighted, we walked in to the cruise ship with a small backpack and my wife’s small hand bag.
There were some minor downsides but obviously, it doesn’t involve the property/hotel
Location
Too old, lousy and too busy from conventions
Loved it was close to Canada Place for easy arrival for our cruise.
LOVED THE STAFF, ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, they were too happy to help with any situation.
The elevators played up, which in a very busy hotel I guess is to be expected.
The bed was rock hard.
The buffet was expensive for two that are only small eaters. Though the food was still good.
And the cost of having any laundry was extremely high for traveler’s mid journey with no other options.
Location of hotel is wonderful and staff was top notch.
I didn't expect to be placed right next to the noisy elevator area when I paid to be upgraded.
