We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, and the overall atmosphere is wonderful. We especially loved the design and style of the bar — it felt very elegant and thoughtfully created.

The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. The level of service was excellent and made our stay even more pleasant.

The only small downside was that sounds from the corridor could be heard quite clearly in the room. It didn’t happen often, but a couple of times we were woken up by it. Also, we had a small half-used perfume tester on the table, which disappeared after housekeeping — we assume it may have been thrown away by mistake, thinking it was trash. It would be great if personal items could be left exactly as guests place them after cleaning.

That said, these little things did not affect our overall impression. We had a lovely time and truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much for the great experience!

I had a wonderful stay at Mandarin Oriental Ritz Madrid. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, especially the lobby — it’s elegant, warm, and gives you that classic Madrid charm from the moment you walk in.

What really stood out to me was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They made the stay feel comfortable and effortless, and you could tell they truly care about their guests.

Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

What a great feeling, the room was amazing as well as the breakfast, anything and everything you wish for becomes their priority. We were celebrating my girlfriend’s belated birthday and they surprised us with a special touch. Wonderful experience we can’t wait to come back next here, we truly felt like home

The room was supper clean and very well appointed, whilst the attention to detail was amazing. The shower was amazing!

From the very first moment I contacted the Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid to organize my reservation, I knew I was in exceptional hands. The Reservations Team was extremely professional and attentive, and a special mention goes to Mrs. Cruz Bañod, whose help, warmth, and efficiency were truly outstanding.

Upon arrival, the experience only became more impressive. The check-in and rooming by Mrs. Andrea Dreyer were flawless—gracious, welcoming, and exceptionally detailed. She made the beginning of my stay feel effortless and personal.

The Concierge Team exceeded all expectations. Their recommendations were not only helpful but perfectly tailored, even more meaningful given that I used to live in Madrid. The thoughtful touches made all the difference. My sincere thanks to Mrs. Zoubida and Mr. Borja for their impeccable service and genuine care.

Breakfast was another unforgettable highlight. The buffet was fantastic—beautifully presented and delicious—but what truly elevated the experience was the personal attention. Thank you to Pilar and Mariana for making each morning feel special with their warm service and thoughtful gestures.

The stay was amazing, the hotel is stunning and the rooms have a beautiful classical touch. Definitely recommended for a stay in Madrid as the hotel is well located close to the main attractions. The spa after a long day outside was the perfect relaxing experience.
