我们订的是双床间，入住时大概下午五点多，床还没准备好。现从一个king 床变成两个单人床。

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, and the overall atmosphere is wonderful. We especially loved the design and style of the bar — it felt very elegant and thoughtfully created.
The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. The level of service was excellent and made our stay even more pleasant.
The only small downside was that sounds from the corridor could be heard quite clearly in the room. It didn’t happen often, but a couple of times we were woken up by it. Also, we had a small half-used perfume tester on the table, which disappeared after housekeeping — we assume it may have been thrown away by mistake, thinking it was trash. It would be great if personal items could be left exactly as guests place them after cleaning.
That said, these little things did not affect our overall impression. We had a lovely time and truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much for the great experience!

I had a wonderful stay at Mandarin Oriental Ritz Madrid. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, especially the lobby — it’s elegant, warm, and gives you that classic Madrid charm from the moment you walk in.
What really stood out to me was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They made the stay feel comfortable and effortless, and you could tell they truly care about their guests.
Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

What a great feeling, the room was amazing as well as the breakfast, anything and everything you wish for becomes their priority. We were celebrating my girlfriend’s belated birthday and they surprised us with a special touch. Wonderful experience we can’t wait to come back next here, we truly felt like home

The room was supper clean and very well appointed, whilst the attention to detail was amazing. The shower was amazing!
The bed was uncomfortable, I feel the mattress on a spring base was the case as it creaked and moved when you moved in the bed.
One was woken each day by people chatting as they walked up the corridor. The sound proofing was not great around the door.
The toilet door caught the temperature valve of the heated towel warmer each time opened. The valve should be changed to a smaller one.
There is no surface room around the bathroom sink, the tray of towels should be removed so there is surface area.
