チェックイン時、追加の料金を請求されました
Pros:

予約時、ツインベッドしかないのは一応確認したうえで、5人まで泊まれることを確認し、人数も4人と記入して予約したところ、
チェックイン時、「1部屋2人までなので追加で部屋をとってもらう必要がある」と言われて部屋をとらされました。
システム的に予約可能であるにもかかわらず、旅館側のミスは一切認めず、大変な不快感を感じました。

予約は約6日前で、電話番号も記載していたので、旅館側が何らかの対応をすべきです。

別途、Hotels.com経由でクレームの手続きを入れます。

Pros:

併設の日帰り温泉を利用できたのは良かったが、部屋の暖房の効きがあまり良くなかった。wifiが使えるとアナウンスされていたが宿泊した部屋は繋がらなかった。部屋によって違いがあることを知らせて欲しい。
