Das Hotel ist eine Institution. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und komfortabel. Der SPA ist ein absoluter Traum. Auch die Hinweise des Concierge bez Tapas Restaurant waren sehr hilfreich. Auch durfte ich das Zimmer bereits vor 15.00 übernehmen. Als Begrüssung gab es noch ein Flasche Cava auf dem Zimmer.

Cons:

Baulärm im Zimmer nebenan. Aber man hat mir dann ein Frühstück als Entschädigung geschenkt, danke dafür!

I always enjoy my stay at El Palace
Pros:

I love the ambiance of the El Palace and the Spa is amazing. Breakfast is substantial and very enjoyable. Staff are welcoming. Everything is there for your convenience and the location is perfect close to the city centre but also far enough away to be quiet.

Cons:

I was disappointed that having paid for breakfast on my last day I couldn't eat it as the restaurant wasn't open at 7am.
