In a five-star hotel, you naturally expect an excellent location, cleanliness, high-quality service, great facilities, comfort, a delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. At Hotel El Palace, all of these are truly perfect, so I won’t go into detail saying this or that was exceptional.
However, beyond all these, it is the small details in the service that truly make this hotel worthy of the name ‘El Palace.’
As a family, we would like to thank the entire hotel staff for making our stay in Barcelona so enjoyable.
