Impecable Experience!
Pros:

I have travelled intensely to Barcelona for the past 5 years and stayed at all the five hotels in town .
This is by far the absolute best!
The management team is capable to offer the excellent experience that we guests deserve!
A team that speaks other languages but spanish, professionalism, and a friendliness that feels so very natural.

We didn’t want to leave the hotel!
Pros:

The staff was wonderful from the time we came till we left. 1 room was ready early and the other quickly became available. The appointments in room were beautiful and bathroom very spacious and clean!

Loved the towel warmer and excellent breakfast. Location is also excellent but definitely can hear traffic noise. That may vary on room location. The pool was a reprieve from the afternoon heat.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

The pool service is very slow.

No se puede pedir más, un estancia de lujo

Hemos pasado un fin de semana inolvidable en Hotel Palace. Nos alojamos en la Suite Dalí y la experiencia no ha podido ser mejor: una habitación amplísima, muy confortable y, sobre todo, increíblemente silenciosa. Hemos dormido perfecto cada noche.

Pero si algo ha marcado nuestra estancia ha sido el trato del personal, siempre atento, cercano y amable, cuidando cada detalle. Viajábamos con nuestra hija de dos años y literalmente se han volcado con ella: le prestaron juguetes, le prepararon un tipi en el salón para que jugara, cada noche le hacían la cena a su hora, le dejaron zapatillas y albornoz de su talla, además de cuna, calienta biberones y todo lo que podíamos necesitar.

Da gusto encontrar un hotel donde te hacen sentir tan cómodo y tan cuidado, especialmente viajando en familia. Todo ha sido espectacular. Qué pena tener que irnos… este fin de semana ha sido un auténtico sueño.

Le nettoyage de la chambre n’avait pas été effectué après notre première nuit, ce qui nous a particulièrement surpris. Il s’agit pourtant d’un service de base dans n’importe quel hôtel, et encore plus dans un palace cinq étoiles. Après l’avoir signalé, le personnel est venu faire le ménage, mais cela nous a obligés à quitter une nouvelle fois la chambre alors que nous souhaitions simplement nous reposer.

Par conséquent, nous n’avons pas pu profiter pleinement de la chambre. Nous sommes restés très étonnés et dans une incompréhension totale face à une telle situation dans un établissement de ce standing.
