perfect city break
Pros:

Perfect location the friendliest and most helpful staff ever. brilliant room comfortable huge bed great bathrooms. breakfasts were amazing and we ate on the roof top twice which was also brilliant

Tesis çok güzel çalışanlar çok alakalıydı,toplamda 4 gün kaldık son gün kızımızda bize katıldı resepsiyon rezervasyon sorumlusu görevli bayan ,bizi kırmayıp küçük bir bedel karşılığı odayı upgrade ettiler ,junior suite çevirdiler daha rahat ettik,teşekkürederiz bir sonraki konaklamamızda yine bu otel tercihimiz olacaktır,teşekkürler

Not worth the experience and loss of property
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and location, however, many one of the staff upon arrival kept questioning whether we were in the “right hotel” after looking us up and down. Rest of the staff were lovely As well as that two very expensive dresses where stolen from our wardrobes with no one being able to assist on this matter

Someone who had access to the room stole our clothing of value.

El Palace Hotel Barcelona (Formerly The Ritz)

From the moment when we checked in until the moment when we checked out, we were treated like we were the most important people in the hotel. The staff was courteous, professional, and they really care about doing the best job.

Nightly turndown service and bathroom refresh every day was a special touch.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting Barcelona.

Wonderful historic hotel in Barcelona!
Pros:

This is a wonderful historic hotel, that has maintained much of its charm (public areas, breakfast in a patio, great service) together with very nice/modern rooms. The location is excellent as well - 20 mins or less walk to many key attractions, only a block from the Catalan Palace of Music. Overall, a wonderful stay!
