Despite having a confirmed reservation, the hotel did not have a room available for us when we arrived. We arrived at around 2:00 AM, exhausted after travelling, and instead of receiving any assistance or reasonable solution, the receptionist simply told me, with an ironic smile, that I could find another hotel.
The digital key did not work which caused a delay getting access. We were pretty tired after driving all day. The toilet in the room was not working due to a handle malfunction. The refrigerator had hand and finger prints all over it. We have always loved the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies they have for you upon arrival. Apparently Hilton does not do that at homeward suites. No doubt some over paid executives made that decision to save money. For breakfast at 8am there was no coffee. Also no creamer and no sugar. But they did have a sign up saying “sorry for the inconvenience” so I guess that makes it all better. Won’t be back.
Great stay for a family wedding! Hotel was clean, in a great location and the staff was excellent and attentive. Highly recommend!
Wow, The morning of our arrival, the hotel cancelled our reservation because we booked with award points rather than paying with a credit card. So glad to know that being an award member has its benefits.
Location A plus right across from Focus is n The Family, Atmosphere family friendly, relaxed and a mecca when we were there for the Girls softball tournament teams happening all over Colorado!
Our room was clean and comfy, the breakfast cook Karen made sure everyone received what they needed, and Michael went above and beyond in excellence- Evan overnight brought us extra blankets and towels. The workout room was laid back with excellent equipment for gym rats and weekend warriors alike

The front desk staff was always helpful and polite. They also answered via messaging in the app.
The beds were fairly comfy, and the room was clean
The weekday breakfast attendants were great.
The weekend breakfast attendant was not good. She left the breakfast area without plates and food both days. When asked for things she didn't answer.
They also ran out of cream cheese for bagels which seems like poor planning on a very popular weekend due to the Pikes peak race.
The shower head was broken and could not be switched to any other settings. When you did it would stop working altogether.
BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT STAY HERE. Very disappointing for a Homewood Suite Hotel. The room was not clean.. We had to unplug the refrigerator as the noise was very loud. When we went to use the coffee pot, the plug was not working and not able to be reset by the GFI. There were no cups in the room. We had to get them from the lounge area. When it was time for bed, we rolled back the sheets and the smell of the comforter was as if it hadn’t been washed in a long while. Not what we typically see from this Hotel chain. This experience will make me think twice about staying with Homewood Suites I am not familiar with. Needless to say, we had a restless night.

The staff were very kind and understanding.
The breakfast was great for price! And the pool and hot tub were great for me and the kids, and the hot tub was actually pretty hot! The rooms were roomy, the beds were super comfy, and the mini fridge works great!
I was a little surprised at all they had was basic cable and that they didn't have TVs that had at least YouTube and or Netflix capabilities on them which made our week's day a little boring in the evening times
Staff were extremely knowledgeable. The shuttle facility for the Space Symposium was excellent. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available 24x7 along with a little snack "shop". Acoss the road is a shopping mall with some food options.
The location was great if you have a child with an appointment at children’s and the room was large
The room was not properly cleaned and the bedding was rough and uncomfortable

Beds were uncomfortable to the point I barely slept.

Did not like the type of eggs they prepared, they looked like powdered eggs.
We had a family emergency and needed to check in earlier after being discharged from children’s hospital. After being turned away by another location Chris was so kind and accommodating to my family. He went above and beyond to get us settled and made sure we felt welcome and like we could just get much needed rest. Definitely will be back to this Hilton location
Great hotel and staff. J was really helpful and sweet! Definitely made us feel at home. They had Elf on the Shelf and prizes for finding him and a gingerbread house contest. A really nice touch for the holidays!
J at the front desk was so nice!!!! Always a smile. Also the free continental breakfast was really good. And we got lucky enough to check in on a Wednesday where there was a free happy hour!!! Definitely recommend this hotel if you need a hotel by UC Health!
