The location was great if you have a child with an appointment at children’s and the room was large

Close to Children’s Hospital
Beds were uncomfortable to the point I barely slept.
Fresh fruit, yogurt.
Did not like the type of eggs they prepared, they looked like powdered eggs.
We had a family emergency and needed to check in earlier after being discharged from children’s hospital. After being turned away by another location Chris was so kind and accommodating to my family. He went above and beyond to get us settled and made sure we felt welcome and like we could just get much needed rest. Definitely will be back to this Hilton location
Great hotel and staff. J was really helpful and sweet! Definitely made us feel at home. They had Elf on the Shelf and prizes for finding him and a gingerbread house contest. A really nice touch for the holidays!
J at the front desk was so nice!!!! Always a smile. Also the free continental breakfast was really good. And we got lucky enough to check in on a Wednesday where there was a free happy hour!!! Definitely recommend this hotel if you need a hotel by UC Health!
WOW! If you want to be impressed by excellent customer service and extraordinary acts of kindness, Lexi and J at the Homewood Suites in Colorado Springs NORTH, have got you covered and them some. Lexi is just a ball of light, warmth, professionalism, and kindness. She will literally make you feel more welcome than anyone at any hotel you have ever visited. Whatever they pay her, they need to double it. I will return just to see her. And J! She is the daytime manager, and she went above and beyond to accommodate my girlfriend and me. I cannot say enough good things about the team. This is the only place I will stay when I am in town.
Wonderful experience..friendly staff very professional and welcoming front desk staff,excellent maintained hotel and very professional maintenance staff, housekeeping staff is top notch and cleanness of rooms and hotel is excellent, breakfast and the social hour is delicious..its an enjoyable experience staying and very relaxing hotel.

Great, spacious rooms with great amenities. Clean every day, good breakfast, great service. 15 minutes away from downtown and 20 away from Garden of the Gods and Helen Hunt Falls

I like it. It has private bedroom with two queen size beds. Besides living area with kitchen and a sofa bed. Love it My family stay there for 2 days. We eat the breakfast. It was good. Excellent choice

Very little variety with coffee bar.
Rooms were very muggy, even with AC on. Did not like that they charged a $75 pet fee rather than a deposit for pet.

The hotel has gone through a major renovation and all its facilities like bathrooms and hallways are functioning well again.
It is well situated with only three minutes to the highway that leads to Denver in the south and also many tourist spots in the north.
