The only reason I wanted to stay here is so my child could sleep in the living room and my husband and I could be in the bedroom separate from her.
We stayed at this hotel a week prior while traveling, and planned on staying here again on the way back to our home. The floors were disgusting. My daughter had black all over her feed and legs from crawling around. Every time the AC would turn on it would startle you out of your sleep because it was so incredibly loud. They also over booked the hotel and moved us to their sister hotel, which was much nicer. Emely assured us we would have the same room type at the new hotel and this was FALSE! It was a single room with no living space which I assured her on the phone would NOT work for us. After arriving at the new hotel a call was made to homewood and the only response we got was “there’s nothing we can do, I can send a message to my manager. It was just luck of the draw that y’all got moved.” Completely unacceptable when I booked this hotel almost 5 weeks prior. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Love this hotel for the spacious room and cleanliness.
It's a little pricey, $150-$200 a night is a bit much when your check in isn't till 4 and checkout is noon. I come and stay when I have doctor's appointments once a month. To not be able to have the room till 4 is inconvenient. Most other places I've stayed I can get way earlier check-in. I realize that a lot of guest check out at noon and the room has to be cleaned, but alot check out early also. Your paying for less than 24 hours.
Only thing I liked was location and price was fair.
It’s an old hotel and bathroom was very old and dirty, very disappointed and probably won’t stay there again. Toilet had a wrong size lid and shower curtain was short and water would splash down on the floor also very poor ventilation.
A/c return air filthy , told this is common. Room wasn’t ready for an hour after check in. Did not cool down til midnight

Room was okay. Breakfast area was nice. Staff was nice and accommodating. Appreciated the coffee set up in room.
Bathroom light was so dim could barely see. No fan in bathroom. Not enough bedding dor booked guests. Had to go down and get the entire bed setup for the sofa sleeper. Breakfast had quite a few apology letters about things being out of service or out.
The staff were all very nice and helpful.
There were little beetles in the bathroom and outside the door. I had to clean four beetles out of the sink at different times. The plug for the bathtub was broken (inconvenient when you have two little kids to bathe). The toilet paper holder was broken. The room had a pullout couch bed, but there was not any bedding in the room for it. The kitchen area was dirty.
The staff were very friendly and the price was perfect.
The breakfast ran out. The room was not clean. There were not enough luggage trams for the guests.

Perfect stay
We were on the first floor and the window would not lock and we were told by Jeffrey that it was OK and my husband is a Thurman and they do inspections and that is not OK. Anybody can rose a window. They can do anything in your room and we were advised that if somebody tried to get into our room that time we got out, the police would be there where it was mentioned to that there would be security cameras. We only saw a few stay there before never had an issue this time was unimpressed. There was some kind of issue with Booking.com. I had to pay an additional out of my own pocket, I was told that was between me and hotels are Booking.com so not impressed.

Breakfast was great! Front desk staff was awesome!!
Breakfast hours are early for the start of a weekend (6-9AM). We started our wknd fun on Friday and would have liked to sleep a little longer. :)
Wish the shower water was hotter . Like that at night time after 10 you had to use your key to get in love this is the security of it.
