J’ai séjour deux fois dans cet hôtel. À notre arrivée après un très long voyage 19h de vol le réceptionniste GK nous a très mal reçu il n’avait aucun sens de l’hospitalité. En plus il n’a fait aucun effort pour répondre à nos questions lors du Check inn. Il nous a demandé de payer la totalité des frais +les deposits en cash sous prétexte que mes cartes de crédits ne contenait pas assez de crédit alors que j’avais des montants largement suffisants dans mes cartes. J’ai donc payé la totalité+les deposits en cash. Il a dit que les deposits nous seront remboursés directement dans mes cartes. À mon retour j’ai découvert qu’ils ont déduits des deposits de mes cartes en plus des deposits que j’ai payé en cash.j’ai écris des emails plusieurs fois mais je n’ai jusque là pas reçu de réponse.

We had a pleasant stay!
Pros:

Everything is just as seen in the images. Very decent accommodation; bed was firm and nice plus the staff are very helpful & friendly. The breakfast was actually the highlight of my stay! Also, the property is in a very good location — walkable and easy access to bits and ride hail services.

Cons:

1. The property has no windows that could be opened for fresh air. That was a bummer!
2. There was a food pack with leftover chicken, presumably, from the previous occupant in the fridge & the room had a weird scent upon arrival.

I love that it was clean specially the bathroom because I hate when bathroom is not clean. I also love the breakfast. The rooms were very clean but people have dogs in their rooms so I'm not sure how much cleaning each unit get after the guest with the pet leaves. So I would say please renovate the unit and remove all of the carpets. Leave the rooms with no carpet in that case it's easy to keep the germs out better. Thank you and also to mention that I came as a family trip my 6 kids ,husband and mother.

Cons:

The carpets. The dogs in the guest rooms... can't trust that. They're not human.
