Disappointed
Pros:

I have been staying at this hotel 2x a year for the last 10 years. Staff has always been great, rooms clean, amenities great. Stayed there last 7/25, pool was not available, my 12/25 stay, pool and gym not available. First room on 3rd floor had low shower pressure, second room had leaky toilet, 3rd room was near elevator which I could hear and feel every time it went up and down, No football on tv channels for Christmas Day games. Staff was GREAT, but corporate kinda blew me off when this was reported. I have been a Hilton Honors member for many years and was disappointed no one got back to me when I reported this to them. Not sure if I will be staying at Hilton hotels in the future...

Homey feel
Pros:

Its the nicest hotel that I have stayed at in a long time. It was so nice and clean. My room had everything that I needed and it was so clean. It made me feel at home.

Cons:

My bed was just a little hard but it was ok. I don't like how you have to pay for a breakfast that doesn't offer much. The cheaper hotels free breakfast is the same or better than was offered at this hotel.

I think you need to spend some money getting your hotel in better shape to serve your guests and find ways you can treat
Pros:

The property was easy to get to and convenient to what we were doing.

Cons:

I felt it could have been cleaner. It is obviously a hotel that has seen a lot of traffic. All the luggage carts had either a flat tire or were difficult to use. Charging $8 for a cold breakfast for kids who are 5 and 8 is way too high and uncalled for. In order to use the couch as a bed we had to move it sideways because the air condition was in the way.
