I enjoyed the stay. The location was good. Great value, clean, etc.

My only complaint was that housekeeping was knocking on my door at 10:40 am when my checkout was at noon.

Very clean, great location and friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The staff at check in was AMAZING! I needed the help of the front desk for two different reasons and both times they were so friendly and helpful! The location is great!

Cons:

It's not a new hotel, so it's carpet on the first floor is a little bubbled in spots which might make it a little unsafe for someone with a walker.

Nice retreat in the middle of the city.
Pros:

The staff was so kind and I love the lake behind the property - worth a few extra dollars for that side of the hotel.

This hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants. The location by the pond and walking trail is the highlight. The hotel is becoming dated but it’s clean and staff is good.
