Beautiful Clean & Modern Hotel right off the highway
Pros:

This is a very nice Hilton property right off the highway in Danbury. The reception was very helpful and friendly. They also have a restaurant/ bar on-site and is in easy walking or quick driving distance to a plaza with restaurants and shops. This is my preferred stopover when driving on I-84 from NYC to Connecticut.

Great Stay!
Pros:

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Room was immaculate and ready early. Restaurant and fitness center were great. Serene view and easy to get everywhere in the area. Can't say enough positive things. Would stay again!

BEST IN AREA!! DEFINITELY STAY HERE!

From the moment I arrived- it was pretty much perfect! Lovely reception area.Friendly people!! Clean. Bright. Airey. Really no room for improvement. Surrounding area also wonderful! Within walking distance or 1 minute drive to restaurant, Trader Joes, Liquor store and others! Room was clean and spacious with LOVELY products! Shampoo and conditioner sulfate free! Body wash was Crabtree and Evelyn! Keurig coffee maker in room! Along with refrigerator and microwave. Excellent hotel!!

You won’t regret staying … into it was a pleasure
Pros:

EVERYTHING !!! & prices were reasonable!
First of all, this wasn’t a pleasure trip . The heating unit in my house stopped working & we needed a place to keep warm - what was an emergency stay turned out to be a little bit of a holiday- this is the only hotel in the area that had a back up generator - which was VERY important to us.
It’s beautifully designed. Designed for comfort, functionality & elegance . It even had shower with a water massager — shower did not leak , — everything was immaculate ! The room had a lovely fragrance when we walked in - not stuffy or smelling of smoke. All appliances worked & were immaculate — seemed NEW!
It’s very close to stores & roads/ highway -84. And modern & cozy at the same time .
The staff , always ready and on hand to help and make your stay better !
During the storm they opened up the kitchen so everyone could get a hot bite to eat - and called you on the phone ( phone in room ) to let you know. They helped with cars that had been piled on with snow - as a senior I especially appreciated this!!!
The Exercise room is beautiful with new & up to date equipment - and even a place to fill your bottle up with water .
All in all , would stay again and again !!!

Cons:

This is a suggestion , they should have firm & medium soft mattresses and firmer pillows as well as plushy pillows — other than that , everything was wonderful!

Great location for travelers wanting it all
Pros:

Wonderful hotel. Great location for one night or longer.
Very professional and responsive staff. Our room’s heating was not working and we received immediate follow up. Was unable to repair and were immediately given a new room.
We reserved our reservation to include breakfast and it was excellent. We were served coffee and could choose anything from the menu. The food was fresh not frozen like other establishment’s included breakfast. Made our stay 5 stars.

Cons:

Should include free bottled water for Honor Members as another Hilton did the previous place we stayed.

$75 fee to check in early is complete bullshit. We have stayed in this hotel many times over Thanksgiving but will NEVER stay there again.
