The entry way was beautiful.

Cons:

Our bathroom was dirty. Our carpet was dirty. The staff wasn’t very friendly. I sent an email about my stay and still have to hear back.

Cons:

Poor monitoring of the room supplies and the door. After I checked in my room, forgot something in the car and went back to get it, came back to my room and the door didn’t work. I went back and forth twice to the main reception with unsuccessful. It took the staff an hour to finally able to get the door to open so I can go sleep. Checked in at 10:30pm and didn’t get to go in the room to sleep until 1:30am but the door is still not fix until the next day. I’m saying why the staff assigned this room out to customers when they know the door is not working due to the motor. Plus, there’s no body wash refill, bottle empty.
