A good value but rooms are basic
Pros:

A good value for the downtown business district. Everything works. It does the job. No frills. Nice that the gym is available 24 hours.

Cons:

The rooms are quite sparse and basic. Zero effort put into decor or ambiance.

un bon choix pour une visite du pays entre la ville de Panama City et les 2 aeroports

Hotel aux standards internationaux donc très bien tenu , asseptisé et au personnel competent.
le petit dejeuner de très bonne qualité

Pros:

Good WIFI, TV with plenty of channels (though not easy to use at first), location is great next to walking distance of many intl restaurant brands. Breakfast was ok with good fresh orange juice (just missing was bacon).

Cons:

Tiny little pool with icy water, even if outside temperature was hot, not easy to enter. My safe did not work in my room, had to call technician to fix the locking system. They gave me only 2 bottle of half liter drinking water for 3 nights !
Nespresso coffee machine in room, great, but need to force to open it...looks like "stuck" despite clean. Shower in bathroon was powerful but only half of the shower-nose was going out, could be it was blocked.

Buen hotel, bien ubicado, pero debe mejorar la atención a los huéspedes.
Pros:

Está bien ubicado, aunque no hay mucha oferta de restaurantes buenos muy cerca.
Lo mejor fue el personal del restaurante del hotel, muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar, eso sí el buffet era limitado.
La piscina y terraza estaban bastante bien, aunque como permiten el uso de locales (para el full day) resulta luego un poco estrecha (era domingo).

Cons:

El personal de recepción era poco atento y nos llamó la atención que para un hotel de esa categoría no tuvieran información turística o al menos la folletería que se encuentra en cualquier hotel.

Our stay was good and I like the pool,breakfast and the staff greeted us.
Pros:

I like the fact the breakfast was on time with many choices, room was good, and the cleaner did a good job keeping the room clean and bed neat.
Overall was a good experience and stay, I would stay there again, it was centrally located 💯

Cons:

Did not like the fact I choose a king bed but did not get a king bed i received 2 queen bed.
The coffee machine did not work with the coffee they left in the room.

Despite the microwave incident our stay was lovely 😍 👌.
Pros:

We didn't have any form of food at the hotel because we wanted to mingle with the locals so we purchased food on the road etc. Overall the place was clean, it is well kept the pool was also clean the pool area well kept and the esthetic is wonderful. If I should decide to travel to Panama in the future I certainly would choose the Crown Plaza Hotel

Cons:

The day after we arrived i asked the front desk attendant if the kitchen staff could use the microwave to heat up some pizza for us, he said yes they can do it for me, however when I asked the lady at the bar she said no she can't, so I asked him to translate for me because I thought it was the language barrier. She told him no as well. I thought that was a bit mean so we had to eat cold pizza. 🤣🙄. I would recommend putting microwaves in the rooms even at an extra cost.

Good stay
Pros:

Excellent location. Room was very clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Very tasty and a lot of options. The restaurant personnel was really great.

Cons:

Room 403 the toilet was so close to the door that was very difficult to close.
