Las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas

Cons:

En mi primer reserva tuve un inconveniente y se me avisaba de no haber pagado 2 habitaciones, solicitamos el video de las cámaras y no me lo proporcionaron luego el gerente (nada amable) dijo que él haría la supervisión de caja junto con auditoría, y luego se disculparon u se dieron cuenta que si había pagado!



En mi segunda reserva, la piscina estaba súper verde de lo sucio que estaba y la tuvieron que cerrar por 2 días

Pros:

Location was good, lobby attractive

Cons:

The bathroom facilities were very poor, no furniture on balcony. Communal areas FULL of dehumidifiers and noisy fans. Obviously the hotel had either been flooded or the humidity was so great all the doors were warped and hard to open and close.
