Nice! just don't want ice unless you want a workout.
Pros:

Very friendly staff, very clean and nice room with microwave and refrigerator.

Cons:

Handicap room was a nice room but was at the end of the hall, the elevator was close to the other end. Also ice machines for only on first and third floor and again they were all the way to the back of the building when the elevator was at the front.

The poor rating was in line with many on-line reviews. The price for rooms exceeded the room value
Pros:

Breakfast was adequate
Pool and pool area were exceptional
Bed was comfortable
Refrigerator and microwave worked well

Cons:

Staff were too demanding of my service animal and made an extreme effort to find any fault
Laminate flooring in room 117 did not lay flat in some areas
Trash receptacles in room were inadequate
Along the interior walls and at room entry ways it was obvious they were dirty to point of looking brown
Bathroom sink water pressure was extremely low and open soap on soap dish stuck to soap disn\h

Pros:

The beds were nice, lots of space, simple comfy hotel! They had a pool & hottub that wasn’t busy at all! Staff was friendly!

Cons:

Reserving through here does not guarantee a room, we drove 3 hrs to be told our room wasn’t available after they had charged my card, luckily they had a king room that worked but wasn’t what we had booked. We made it work though! Breakfast was the same each morning I wish there would have been biscuits and gravy or maybe a change in the meats.

Pros:

Fantastic hotel. Clean. Comfortable. Decent breakfast. About 10-15 minutes from downtown. Free parking. Way nicer than most of the actual downtown hotels. Staff was great. Pool is 24 hours for adults 21+ which is a nice feature. Actually had way nicer features then the Pear Tree that we had stayed in the night before.

Felt like I was at a motel 6. I paid for a nice hotel.
Cons:

Sheets had black short hairs in clumps and I'm blond. It was clear the sheets had been slept on before I arrived. Food is an atrocities.
