The Best
Pros:

The staff was incredibly kind and prompt. The hotel was immaculate. Very clean. The breakfast was phenomenal. The pool area was wicked cool. Absolutely loved the rooms. We will definitely be staying here again.

Cons:

How quiet the tvs are. But that's my only complaint. Not a deal breaker at all.

Nothing they had bed bugs they were rude when I held them accountable with proof “had bedbug on sticky pad” they almost wouldn’t change my room even then I got ahold of booking.com and they promised me a refund in which I still haven’t received

Cons:

I didn't like being woken up by a dogs barking at 6:00 in the morning. That continued for almost an hour. Other than that everything was good.

Pros:

The location was great. There are many nearby restaurants and stores and easy access to the interstate and Route 66. The employee who checked me in was very friendly. My room was spacious and modern. The hotel had a variety of amenities such as elevators, fitness center, pool, hot tub, snacks for sale, complimentary breakfast, computers for use, etc. Overall, I was very happy with my stay.

Cons:

On the first day of my stay, housekeeping tried to enter my room when I was on a meeting. I wasn’t used to this because a lot of hotels have switched to only having housekeeping every 3-5 days instead of daily. However, once I put the “don’t disturb” sign up, I didn’t have any issues.
