It was very clean.

Cons:

The double charged me!!!!!! I paid full price on booking.com. When we checked in they said it was paid but needed my card for a $50 refundable deposit and than they proceeded to charge me the whole amount I already paid!!!

This hotel met our expectations but had some relatively minor inconveniences.
Pros:

Hotel was clean and looked up to date. Temperature controls worked well. Beds were comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were in large bottles in the shower instead of wasteful tiny plastic ones. Exercise room exceeded expectations with size and amount and variety of equipment. Large television in our room. Location made it easy to hop on the highway to reach destinations around the city.

Cons:

The flow of the breakfast area was poor because of the placement of the waffle/pancake makers, so everyone had to wait to get most other foods. It could be switched with the cereal bar to solve the problem. Entering and exiting the street the hotel is on is dangerous at times due to cars approaching on a blind curve. Hot tub is tiny, probably meant for just four people at most. Elevator doors were very squeaky, and only one set of stairs connected to the first floor internally.

Pros:

Location was great, there were lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance. I loved that hot drinks and cold water were always available in the lobby. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast was running low/out on multiple items both mornings. Never got to have a waffle either morning because it was always in use with a line.
