Clean, comfortable, great staff and location.

The hotel staff were friendly, the room was clean and breakfast was hot and delicious! Would definitely recommend to anyome staying in the area!

I like the area it was close enough to a Walmart to get what things you forgot or needed and had a restaurant in front of us it was clean and suitable

Great stay at this hotel. Staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was good but I definitely thought the coffee was ssoo good!!! Usually hotel coffee sucks but not this one. 😊

The staff was polite professional and very friendly. The facility itself was very nice and clean. The pool was out of service due to an accident of somebody driving into the fence but. Overall, it was good.

We came for Army graduation. Great location, just a few miles from the main gate. Pool was refreshing during the hot temperatures. Terrance at the front desk was absolutely amazing!! The only negative thing I have is that our room had a bad odor.

Great location for travel to Fort Leonard Wood, just a few miles from main gate. Terrance at the front desk was amazing, very customer oriented, helpful, positive and outgoing. Pool was very refreshing on the hot days. The only negative comment I have was that there was a bad odor in the room. Our parents were in a different room and there was no odor.

Ended up staying here a couple of times within a few months. This is one of the best Hampton Inn's due to the staff here. I believe the lady at the front desk was Nora and she was amazing so friendly and helpful. She really seem to care about patrons here. The room itself was clean and comfortable. It's right off the interstate and close to a couple of really great restaurants. This has become one of my regular stops. Highly recommend.

We have stayed at this Hampton Inn several times. The staff is always very nice. Clean rooms. I like the newly renovated space.

I’ve never been treated so poorly for staff and general manger Trevor. I booked a king size bed with sofa bed for three people. I’m recovering from surgery and had my husband and son with me. The sofa bed was literally a V shape when unpacked. I went down to talk to the staff to ask if there were any other rooms. He said they have available rooms but there “is no way my GM will approve allowing tour some to sleep in another room for free. I begged, asked them to come see the bed, asked to speak to the GM Trevor. Staff said there is no way you can speak with a manager and there was no way Trevor would help you out. So my son is has to sleep on the floor. Absolutely unprofessional and not worth the cost of the stay. Will never stay at this location again. Managers and staff should be trained.

Breakfast was very good with lots of options and the staff lady that handled breakfast was very helpful and set up an excellent spread for all to enjoy.

The smell of our room was horrendous. Thankful we had a large bottle of perfume to try and mask the smell. $150 to smell arse all night.
Also, like to sleep hearing fan run, doesn't happen here.
Good part, late breakfast n checkout n room seemed clean... minus the nasty smell.

We booked a room with a king size bed and they gave us two double beds. The power went out in the entire hotel about 20 minutes after getting to our room. We waited 2 hours in the room with no AC and then decided to leave. No refund was given.
