Very clean and comfortable. Courteous staff.
Pros:

Conveniently located right off the highway. Close to attractions and restaurants. Hot breakfast with lots of choices.

I love this Hampton Inn! I have never been disappointed in my room!
Pros:

Everything was great.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the sickly sweet smell of the lotions and gels and the lack of a bar of soap. Please keep in mind that not everyone likes using shower gels--I would much rather use a washcloth and a bar of soap.

Our overall stay was good.
Pros:

The room was nice and clean.

Cons:

We had a king and pull out couch. The pull out couch had no bedding and when we called the front desk we were told we had to come and get it. I was a little surprised that it wasn’t already in the room and more surprised that we had to go and get it. Then we asked for pillows doe the bed and she gave us one so I told her we needed 2 for both kids and she seemed annoyed and said they were almost out of pillows. We also asked for more towels and again she seemed really annoyed. We went to get coffee in the lobby and they were all empty. Also, the breakfast was terrible. I understand why it’s complementary .

Staff was great and very nice and helpful, amenities were great and the area was great.

Mini Fridge wasn’t working properly. Air conditioner wasn’t working properly. Staff was notified but maintenance did nothing to fix the issues.

They allowed us an early check in. Just spent the one night, but room was clean.
Pros:

Liked where it was located. Close to all the places we wanted to go.

Cons:

The hot water for tea wasn’t hot, but that is being very nitpicking.

Close to Rose Music Center, and central to many stores and restaurants. The staff were terrific, very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable. Linens were clean, although their was debris around the bed on the carpet. Air conditioning was great, and a very nice shower.
