Great stay at great value
Pros:

Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has easy access from I-70 but we did not hear the trucks at night.

Would stay here again!
Pros:

The inside and outside was very clean. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was great! If I get back to that area again, I would definitely book here again!

Comfortable, clean - nice stay
Pros:

I stay here on road trips anytime we're driving through. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. The bedding is soft. The rooms are clean. And breakfast has great options.

Cons:

No issues or complaints at all! It was a great, restful stay.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

The ease of checking in and out, and friendliness of the staff. Lots of free parking spaces. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. The hot buffet breakfast. Close to the RollHouse bowling alley, and so many places to select to eat and shop.

Cons:

For me the pillows were too soft. And no fan in the bathroom to help with the shower steam/condensation. If one was there I couldn't locate it.

Pros:

We only stayed for a night and did not mean to do much more than sleep. The beds and pillows were great as always.

It was very clean, simple, and quiet.

Cons:

The silliest complaints. We got a two bed room because we never sleep on the same schedule. Instead of two nights stands, we had to share one. Even in a single bed, we like separate stands. By morning on a one night stay, he had two chargers hooked up, I had one, and we had a few drinks each crowding out our phones and my Kindle. Minor, but even for a short stay, it was annoying.

And not enough lighting!

What a great price for a comfortable, clean room.

The only thing I think could be a little better are the pillows. They are a little flat.

I love this Hampton Inn! I have never been disappointed in my room!
Pros:

Everything was great.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the sickly sweet smell of the lotions and gels and the lack of a bar of soap. Please keep in mind that not everyone likes using shower gels--I would much rather use a washcloth and a bar of soap.

Our overall stay was good.
Pros:

The room was nice and clean.

Cons:

We had a king and pull out couch. The pull out couch had no bedding and when we called the front desk we were told we had to come and get it. I was a little surprised that it wasn’t already in the room and more surprised that we had to go and get it. Then we asked for pillows doe the bed and she gave us one so I told her we needed 2 for both kids and she seemed annoyed and said they were almost out of pillows. We also asked for more towels and again she seemed really annoyed. We went to get coffee in the lobby and they were all empty. Also, the breakfast was terrible. I understand why it’s complementary .

Staff was great and very nice and helpful, amenities were great and the area was great.
