Perfect stay
Pros:

Immaculate rooms, modern hotel, great staff, free parking, safe area, 10 minutes from airport, nice pool and pool area, soundproof business center for remote work. Would stay again in a heartbeat

Topligging, top personeel, indien de airco niet zoveel lawaai maakt, perfect
Pros:

De kamers waren heel proper , personeel super vriendelijk. Dankzij de dame hebben we nog een top laatste dinner gehad in de Texas Roadhouse en ze hebben onze taxi naar de luchthaven voor 7 personen geregeld. Op een paar minuten wandelen heb je een grote mall en aan de andere kant een target

No more Hampton Inn’s
Pros:

Location was somewhat ok

Cons:

Didn’t like the fact that I was promised a 12:30 pm checkout time by the evening staff . 11:30 the next morning the front desk was blowing up the room phone asking if I was staying another night. No Hampton Inn’s in my future. Every hotel chain has a policy, wasn’t asking for a ride to the Moon & back .

Tired Hotel
Pros:

Tired for a Hampton. Location is ok. Room was quite tired for a Hampton and the chair in my room had a massive tear in it. Breakfast was quite bad, most things empty even though i was early. I had just stayed in 4 other hamptons and this was by far the worst.

I finally found a good hotel at IAH!!!
Pros:

Location is few minute walk to the mall for shopping and all kinds and variety of good food is within minutes! Close to IAH but not in the flight plan. Quiet. Wonderful rooms. Comfortable beds. Good rate! Very accommodating staff!! Nice hot breakfast! Multiple night stay and will come again!!

Cons:

Granola on the breakfast menu.

Terrible sleep due to hotel owner
Pros:

Hotel is nice but they like to lie about maintenance on a room and bang on the door and wake me up when I work 3rd shift so I sleep during the day so they can try and get housekeeping in my room when my room isn’t even dirty I put my trash in the hall to be grabbed by room service when needed to be emptied I keep my room clean as I travel for work 3 weeks at a time and have stayed at many hotels over the years and never experienced this. Will be staying somewhere else the rest of my trip and not returning here next month.

There was a black out for 2 hours no generator I was told by staff if I wanted a generator I would need to go to Marriott

Comfortabel maar let op extra kosten voor taxi
Pros:

Kamers waren prima, er is een goed restaurant aanwezig in het hotel. Mall op 10
Minuten lopen. Enkel restaurants op een 15 minuten.

Cons:

We hebben deze accommodatie geboekt om gebruik te kunnen maken van de luchthavenshuttle service. Echter bij aankomst bleek dat deze service niet meer werd aangeboden en werden we gedwongen om een (dure) taxi te nemen. Bij navraag werd het alternatief geboden om maar een uber te nemen.
